The color pop lip trio that they had a few months ago was the best charm item ever. The lippie stix color is stunning and the application is so smooth. I wish I had bought two packs :((

I love boxy but I feel like they’re trying to do too much too fast. This is not how you run a business. At least not if you’re going for longevity. They need to concentrate and perfect one aspect (like customer service, theirs is awful) before they even attempt anything else (like the charms shop). It seems like they just threw it all together on the fly. That may work in the short term but it’s going to destroy them in the long run. Unhappy customers are going to take their frustrations to the internet for all to read. If enough people do this eventually people will stop signing up. It may take a few years but it WILL happen. And once you lose the goodwill of consumers it is extremely difficult to get it back. The problems they have are easily fixable but it’s like they’re not even trying to do that, and with more and more comparable sub boxes coming out with better customer service, this will eventually take Boxycharm out.

I’m a little upset over the Shipping Charms I had to spend when I just noticed when I went back to shop that the products we buy with our charms will be shipped with our next box. What’s up with that? This puts a sour taste in my mouth Boxy and I’m not to happy being ripped off.

That’s not how they’ve ever done it before. It always shipped separately. Took forever, but still separate.

As much as I love Boxycharm the charms are a joke. $6. for an sharpener? Um no.

And they want you to pay shipping charges when they ship you the product in your next box…Joke

Again, everything decent i’d spend them on is gone by the time I get to it.
I love boxycharm, but their charms program is a complete joke.

Everything from this post is still there.
I suppose it’s a testament to just how undesirable the stuff is…

The products show up but if you try to order or add to cart you realize theres no option to meaning they have already sold out.
Tracey
I can order none of it.
And yeah, none of it is super “must have” but its marginally better than the sharpener and the other item that are usually the only things in there.

I wish it wouldn’t post on here. When I finally check just about every night, the good if you call that good are gone.

I’ve never used my charms before, how does it work? I want to redeem the Pretty Vulgar highlighter! It says it’s $32 so do you redeem 3000 charms & then another 400 for free shipping? Plus, do you get as an additional item to your box or seperately?

Yes, you redeem the amount you want plus shipping and you’ll get credit in your account. Then go to the charm shop and add the item you want and it should be easy to apply the charms and free shipping you already “bought.” You’ll have to put in credit card info and checkout and it will ship separate from your box.

I just grabbed the Vulgar Highlighter. And then redeemed 400 more points for free shipping. Thank you boxy and Liz. Still have lots of Charms but not interested in anything else. I hope the highlighter is everything I hope it is and more lol. Or I’ll just add it to my 100th collection of highlighters. Actually I really love the Bronzers and Highlighters.

I have 7000 charms and have been checking to see new items and this is finally what they’re offering? It’s ridiculous, I’ll have to wait another month. The maddening thing is that when you got charms for broken items and went through the process of sending proof, etc. the least they can do is offer nice replacement items.

Tracey
This is my major objection to how crappy their charms program is. The fact that they’re offering them as replacements for broken items in paid boxes.
They really need to do better with it, if they are going to make that their policy. Its really not fair (nor customer friendly) to force people to wait months for a vague chance and redeeming for something decent.

I also have 8000 charms, most from items that were defective in my boxes. This is SO disappointing. I am keeping my subscription because I really do love the boxes, but the customer service and charm program is just awful.
JuJu
Even after my 2000 charms I don’t want to pay whatever the price remaining for any of these…
Since I am unsubscribing after this month, I guess I’ll never get the chance to use them – oh well. 😐

Anyone have any idea why the charm shop has been so crappy for so long?

I was subscribed for years and last month when I picked up two of those becca primers was the first time I saw anything on there I would’ve ever spent real money on.

I’ve never seen it good and I’ve been a subbed for a lonnnnnggggg time. That Bellapierre palette only actually costs $22.50 or less online and they want $45 worth of point for it. Ridiculous.

Bella Pierre items are sold for $5 or less at tjmaxx and Ross. I got the pretty vulgar highlighter since I had $30 in charms.
