I have had a great experience with ipsy. I originally contacted them because I’ve had two people sign up because of me and I have them my referral but they thought they just copied and paste it somewhere so they just signed up on the main page through google I guess. I contacted ipsy customer care and was sent an automatic email within minutes then sent a personal email within I would say 15 min. I was very surprised I was contacted so quickly. The issue hasn’t been resolved they are trying they asked for emails and names so I gave them to ipsy and we will see if I get the 500 points or not. I have others that want to sign up but they are waiting to see how this is going to turn out. One paid for 3 months and the other is paying for a year after they receive the December bag so ipsy already has their money. Has anyone else had this issue.

Here’s how this turned out Like I said in the post above I was contacted immediately by someone from ipsy care They originally said that you either get 250 points for referring someone or a free bag I think they were thinking I was trying to get both However they will be giving me the 250 points because of the mistake the two people I had signed up made It wasn’t even ipsy’s mistake The two people I Had signed up did not understand they had to use the link they thought it was a code they had to put in but I will get my 250 points from each of them that signed up I’m so glad because I just love Ipsy But I would’ve understood if they couldn’t do it it was not their fault but it just shows how they go above and be on for their customers great job ipsy

The Jordana chocolate cake lip color actually looks interesting, but it’s $4.99 RV for 500 pts. In my opinion, that’s too much. I think 250-300 is better.
