I subscribed last month to the 3-item box. This month I wanted the 5-item box but they told me there was no way to switch my subscription other than canceling and starting new. So I canceled my sub and waited to see if they would offer a coupon. Used this coupon the other day and got a great deal. Good to know that you don’t necessarily have to be a new subscriber to use.

I would like to know the same thing also as what is meant by “not all subscribers may receive same items”. I am seriously considering a sub but not if I don’t get the November items…especially the clothing and the bag. I wait to see what response here before signing on. I would think they would check in here sometimes to say.
