  1. I think their customer service sucks. I just emailed yesterday because it’s my first and now I believe my last, box. On the site it says if you don’t get a tracking number email. I did and the return email was very curt and obviously now, a lie. She told me it was shipping out today.

  2. At this point, shouldn’t MSA just report on when LootCrate packages arrive on time? I feel like it could save you guys some effort.

  3. I know they’ve been having a lot of shipping delays but honestly they have some of the best customer service.

    They have great promos and the quality of loot wear is so worth it to me. I really feel like I get my value for the cost. I’m willing to wait a little longer for it.

    They’ve given free socks and shot glasses and other items as an apology for late shipping.
    I had an issue once with sizing and they sent the correct fit and let me keep the original item.

    If this was a part of my Halloween costume I’d be more upset but I just feel like we do get really frustrated with the shipping delays not beings resolved. That being said they still have great CS and it’s worth the wait for me.

    • All my experiences with their CS have been terrible.

      They sent me the wrong size clothing & tried to make me pay shipping both ways to exchange it.

      • I’ve had bad experiences with their CS too!! They sent me the wrong size and I had to send numerous pictures to get them to send me a replacement which took so long I was surprised it finally came like 3 months later. I never got any extras for many late shipping. And looks like they have so many late shipments lately and no freebies for it?? No credits, nothing…
