  1. I signed up for this offer but couldn’t see anything on the page either last night or today showing the Tarte offer. The banner only shows that it is an MSA offer of $7.50. Any suggestions? I have reached out to Allure customer service with the inquiry also.

      Sorry for any confusion – the tarte blush isn’t listed in the check out, but all new subscribers who sign up this month will get the blush free. (It may ship separately from your first box.) Hope that helps!

    • Can you try a different browser? Sorry I’m able to use the link on Chrome on both my laptop and phone so I’m not having any luck reproducing the issue.

    • Can’t imagine them shipping it before Novermber 2nd, and since they say they can’t cancel until they ship the last one, Probably so.
      I went ahead and asked them to just cancel and refund me the October box.
      We’ll see if they get back with me. :/

  7. I signed up for the Allure box when the free Tarte blush deal first came out, it was confirmed that I would get the new member gift when I signed up, and I received my October box today. However, there was no blush inside! Does anyone know if they mail the free gifts separately, or did they just forget to put one in my box?

    • They mail them separately.

    • CS told me a few days ago the blush will ship separate and may be a week or two delayed from the box.

  8. I went to the link and i could fill out and sign up but no where on does it say free tarte blush. If i sign up will I actually get the blush?

  9. I don’t think they allow you a second box even with a different E-mail. I tried in July all they did was change the email on my first account apparently. I never got a second box and they started sending notifications to my second email.

    • I believe they did something like that with me as well last year, even though the second subscription was for my mother at a different address. Can’t recall the exact specifics, but I do remember that the accounts got all mixed up.

      I think their customer service is just inept.

  10. I ordered a second box on Oct 12th and used a different email address for it because I thought I had too. It was supposed to be sorta a gift. I couldn’t get into that new account and so I emailed CO for that problem and explained it all. I got email giving me my account number and then almost 2 weeks go by and I email them to ask where my second box for my other subscription and explained it all. I then get a email says ohh your second box was cancelled on Oct 13 and if there was anything they could do and that was it. It’s just strange that some don’t read into anything I said and would try to fix the problem because clearly I wanted to give them my money. Why didn’t they tell me from the first email and to just drop a bomb on me. Why wouldnt they ask what they can do to help? Or say hey if you wanted another subscription you have to put it in as a gift and ask me if they wanted that. Sorry people really. I love this box sooo much and always have but it’s because of CS that people have to take breaks. I said all this mind you and I said they they should be reading emails that were sent before to get a picture. In the end I got the CS that was really cool and took a second to read. I decided to not get the extra box after all that. But this is tempting. Sorry for crying. Lololo

  11. Haha figures this would get offered two hours after I decided I had to have the Kat Von D and ordered the box. I don’t mind though. It’s only a $2.50 difference and I’m getting a Tarte blush so I’m still happy.

    • I was hoping for the Kat Von D “Sinner” fragrance, but got the “Saint” one in my October box. So now I am debating if I should get a second October box, but then for all I know I’ll just get Saint again. 🙂

      • I would probably do it. But I also really like them both and Saint even a little more than Sinner so it would be a win win for me. I also subbed for Glossybox today because from what I could tell from the mystery spoiler picture, Glossy will have at least one of them if not both in their box next month. I’ve never wanted to sub to Glossybox before or even want an October box but for the $10 a month for three months deal, even a box I don’t really like is still worth $10. And since I really want those perfumes and didn’t know when the next $10 a month box offer would be, I just went ahead and ordered it now.

        • Oh, thanks for that info, I recently subscribed to Glossybox also, so I’ll just wait for that.

  12. So, I followed the link to the October review, and read some of the posts there, and I am saying NO to this company. Please take the time to do research, there are tons of great companies with great products, customer service, quality shipping and tracking, that I don’t need to order this box. I am just picky about who gets my cc info, actually getting what I order, and in a timely manner. But that’s just impatient me who expects high integrity from businesses I deal with. They are out there! And I LOVE them!

    • I think for every person who has a negative experience, there are probably at least 4 who didn’t. I had Allure for several months earlier this year and had to cancel for awhile. I ordered my first box mid-month and got it and the eyeshadow quad on the same day in a timely fashion. Then had no problems the rest of the five months I was subbed. I got my box 3-4 days after my payment was taken and it was always my first box out of all my boxes to arrive every month. My entire experience with them was pleasant and I am sure it will be this time around as well.

    • I really like Allure and have had great CS.

  13. Just a word of caution – be prepared to wait for your box. I signed up for a 2nd subscription for my sister on the 10th and have yet to receive any kind of shipping notice. When I talked to customer service earlier in the week they said there is a shipping delay and my box is still sitting in the warehouse. No kind of communication whatsoever on their part, I’ve had to call them twice and each time they tell me my box is about to ship out. The supervisor did send me an extra September box for the trouble they had in the office, but it’s still annoying.

  14. Just a heads up they cannot cancel until your box is pulled to ship which takes a few weeks they told me. I signed up on the 12th I think and tried to cancel and she said the next billing will be around November 2nd so try to call before to cancel. Just a heads up that you will most likely have to stick around for the November if you do this deal.

    • Funny you should mention it, I signed up on the 24th, and when I went to cancel, (I only wanted one of the Kat Von D perfumes so I intended to just get the one box.) I emailed that same night, and when they finally got back with me on the 27th asking if I still wanted October’s box. I said I did, and they told me, pretty much what you said they told you, but when I replied, ‘Regardless, I don’t want November’s box and if this box won’t be shipped, and my subscription cancelled before the next charges for November, to cancel this box and give me a refund.’
      She assured me that the box would ship before the next charge, but even if it does then I’m gonna have to get back with them again and hope they don’t take another 3 days to get back with me.I’m gonna be pretty upset if I get charged again D:
      I’d also like to point out, I did the same with Birchbox, asking to cancel, they got back with me the next day and asked if I still wanted the box I had been charged for as it hadn’t shipped yet. I said yes, and that was that. I was cancelled then And there and my box was sent out 2 days later. Why on earth can they not unsubscribe you before they ship your current box?

  21. Good luck getting them to actually send you the blush. They sent me an email offering a free full-sized Marc Jacobs mascara and eyeliner and after 2 months of being re-subscribed I still didn’t have it. Needless to say, I cancelled and I’m never coming back!

    • They did that to me, too. I emailed them and they said they were out and were going to send some skincare product instead. I ended up calling them and they said they found an extra and would send me that and also still send me the skincare item. A month later, they finally sent me the Marc Jacobs set. I never did get that skincare item. I definitely recommend calling them if you can.

      • I called them, but just to cancel. I mentioned not ever being sent the gift and the guy I spoke with was very nice but didn’t try to remedy that issue to keep me. It’s just not worth all the trouble.

    • Yeah, everyone is reporting problems with the Marc Jacobs offer.
      I personally subscribed back when the bonus was the Doucce palette, and it actually arrived before the beauty box did, but the mirror was smashed. I called them about it and they immediately offered a replacement, I didn’t even have to ask. I had that replacement in two weeks or so.
      I hope with the Tarte blush things also work smoothly.

  22. How long does it typically take to ship once charged? I got charged on the 18th of October and I still do not have shipping/tracking information.

    • I was charged on the 10th, and I still don’t have the October box. Need to remember to cancel before the end of the month.

      • Same here. Called twice and customer service keeps telling me it’s getting ready to ship. She said if I don’t have it by Saturday then to give her a call on Monday and she will send me an October box directly from her office and I can cancel. I would suggest calling customer service so they know this is an issue for many people.

        Dunno when I’ll get the Tarte blush, but I’m not fussed about that – I’m not a rabid fan of that brand at all, and they’re probably sending a shade that this Casper-colored girl can’t wear anyway.

        • Did you ever get a shipping notice? Hoping mine is in the mailbox when I get home from work.

    • I’m kind of confused because I ordered on the 11th, saw my account a few days later said it was placed on the 11th. I reached out to them around the 21st because they claim to ship 7-10 days from when you order. When I went to check my account before emailing, the order date had changed to the 17th. Has this happened to anyone? It doesn’t look like I got double charged, but still no box. The only email I received back said my Tarte blush would be sent separately, it didn’t say anything about shipping delays or when they would plan to ship it.

      • I signed up on the 10th, they charged my card and sent me the ‘Welcome to Allure Beauty Box’ email and that was the last I heard from them. I called 10 days later cause on the website it said to call if it’s taken longer than that and the lady was all “it takes 2-3 weeks for new customers (which is not true because I got my 1st box super fast) and acted like she didn’t know anything about what the website said. Called the next week and still nothing. Still haven’t gotten anything so I am definitely calling to cancel on Monday before I’m charged again.
