Guys. I used the FALLPOLISH coupon from my September box and it gave me a full-priced nail polish reduction. So I’m getting 5 polishes for 13.80.

Maybe they figured out they didn’t want it to work with the sale?

WOW! That was an awesome deal. Unfortunately, I tried it and it kept saying invalid.

Yeah, I was also about to buy a bunch of stuff for the first time and NONE of the coupon codes worked, not WELCOME25, not the one that showed up when I signed on, nothing. Left everything in the cart and walked away. Weird.

Allie

Thanks! I tried it and it worked. I seriously do not need more polish, but at that price, how can I resist!

I am so confused with Julep right now. I joined 2 weeks ago and got my 12 freebies Friday. They are absolutely stunning and I highly recommend anyone jumping on this deal.

That said my first box isn’t until Oct?? Why? I emailed them a week ago to ask and no answer yet. I also got a 50% off coupon to use as a new maven EXCEPT it doesn’t work on anything.

Same happened to me. Does this mean that I can edit my box during the September window?

I’m assuming you won’t be getting a box until October because you choose and personalize your boxes around the 3rd week of the previous month. So September boxes were set somewhere around the 20th-25th (don’t remember the exact day it opens) of August. You probably missed that window. Hope that helps…and I hope you enjoy your sub (I love it!)

I was having the same issue. Julep CS says to clear your browser history. That fixed it for me and I had no more issues.

Shelby

They also said that, if that or using a different browser doesn’t clear up the price problem, you can call them and they’ll take your order for you.

It wont let me check out, keeps giving me an error, anyone else experiencing this?

Jasmine

Prices still aren’t fixed. Just tried to order everything on my wishlist. Oh, well. Will see what’s left later tonight if they fix it….

When you add the polish to your cart, the price is updated 🙂 Happy shopping!

Oh no! I was doing such a good job of avoiding all the sales!! Between this & Colourpop I’m going to have to go into hibernation to avoid all these amazing deals. 😉

Lauren

Pardon me while I casually start my Tuesday by purchasing 16 bottles of nail polish …

Nina

Oh I know! I think I’m passing the hundred polish mark with this sale… oh well, if you are going to be hoarder better to do so with something small like nail polishes and not motorcycles or something!

Sara

LOL!!! 😀

Prices are showing across the board as $5 (a few at $4.99) but once I sign in to my account, prices jump on most polishes to $11. And when I log out of my account, my shopping cart is wiped!

LB

FYI…appears to be fixed now!

Lily

I am still having the same issue. Not $5 yet $11 for the ones I want

Winnie

They’re showing up as $11 on the page… even at check out 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

LB

Ok…just looks like they fixed it now (I was still checking out polish colors and all of a sudden prices updated when I was still logged in).

Reply ButtonReply

LB

That’s odd. I thought maybe this might be another issue with Maven-price versus public-price but they all show as $5 for me even before I logged in. Maybe check again?!?!

Reply ButtonReply

LB

Well I guess I was kinda right…as soon as I log in the prices DO jump to $11 at Maven price….hmmmm….
