This is my second month and already I am experiencing issues. I still haven’t received my September box and customer service is MIA!

They ship out the 3rd week of the month.

Same issue. This is my second month and I’ve emailed twice with no response. I’ve searched their website to find out when they ship with no luck. Last month I received it the first week of the month so I figured I would have something by now, but still nothing. Very frustrating.

This is the worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen! What company in today’s technology driven world has a voice mail pick up for their customer service department? They don’t respond to emails and never answer the phone. I just don’t understand how a business of this size could operate so badly. If I don’t get my September box soon I’m going to cancel.

I’m having the same problem. I’v emailed them twice with no response. I’ve searched their website to find out when they ship with no luck. Last month was my first month and I received it the first week of the month so I expected to have it by now, but nothing. A little frustrating.

I had a yearly subscription sub that ended in August so I started a new one in July. I received two boxes in July and none in August. I have sent the Emails, called twice and still nothing. Frustrating!

Just wondering if you ever got your August box? And have you gotten anything for September yet? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company with such bad customer service!

Just signed up to 2nd subscription after having 1st subscription since the beginning. Samples last longer than you would think and it is obvious that Sisley knows what your skin needs. Only down side is I have had to purchase some products but they offer specials and you receive points so that helps.

Last month was my first month as well. I was skeptical of paying for small foil samples, but am always on the hunt for a good hand cream. I’m a gardener and my hands take a beating, constantly cracked and sun damaged. After using their global hand cream for a week my hands were healed and sunspots appeared lighter! Amazing stuff! Not sure I’m ready to pay the hefty price for the full size version yet, but considering purchasing multiple subs to get more samples. The eye cream was remarkable as well. A superior cosmetic line.

I love this sub even though there are lots of repeats. I’ve had it for over a year and already tried the Flower mask, Eye mask, and mascara. The products are fantastic so I never mind getting more of a good thing.

Two packette samples, a perfume sample, and two deluxe size samples and they have the audacity to charge for that?! I don’t think so.

I have two annual subscription with them and paying $7.50 for luxury is absolutely worth it. Much better then sephora with its minuscule samples

Svetlana, how did you get $7.50 a month? It is $100 for 12 months, so about $8,3 a month.
Did you use a promo code?

I am very Excited! this will be my second month. I feel that the samples are rather small, but the price is very low considering the price of the products. I really wanted a small sample of this perfume, because Is prayed it at Bloomingdale’s and I wouldn’t decide if I like it or not. I hope that they include a perfume and a makeup sample in each month’s box so that we have a chance to sample everything from their collection. So far, I really like this subscription.
