I was having requester remorse after choosing the Neogen truffle oil but went with it because they have never sent me any serum previously (10th month of subscription) & really want to try it but I was kind of wishing I had gone with the Smashbox primer so am happy I’m getting that also.

Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence post your experience with that. I’m hearing the word “snail” & thinking gross but maybe it’s a great product. I’m interested to know how/if it works & what it’s like to put snail secretion on your face. THANKS

I just found out what I’m getting in my Ipsy bag this month, and I am beyond happy. Now, before I reveal the items in my bag, I must point out that 1. My bag contents were to be revealed on the 6th; and 2. I live in California, where right now it is still technically the 5th, although I do know that Ipsy reveals what’s in my bag earlier if it’s already the reveal date on the East Coast.

So, here’s what I’m getting in my Ipsy bag this month:

Tarte Lights Camera Lashes mascara
Beauty For Real eyeliner
Manafit Sheet masks
Adesse nail polish
Teeez Cosmetics lipstick

I’m not into the nail polish shade, and I hope it’s not another black eyeliner (I already have more than enough of them), and I’m really not a huge fan of Tarte, but other than that I like this month’s bag a lot better than I did last month’s bag. Although, I am bummed that I didn’t get any of the ColourPop lippies, but the red lipstick that I am getting more than makes up for that, and besides, I already own two ColourPop lippies, courtesy of the last BeautyCon box that came out and the OnyxBox (which is a box that is curated for women of color; it costs $25/month, and is better than Ipsy/Birchbox/Sephora Play combined).

I tried the hack and I am getting :

OK, I just spent waay too long to hack it. But I finally just did:

If you have the Ipsy App you can click on review bag and it will show you your Sept. bag if yours is not revealed til the 6th. I just finally figured out the hack and then realized I could see it in the app.

You get to choose 1 item off the first list they post . The other 4 are chosen by Ipsy loosely based on a profile you fill out and reviews you give on the items sent.

I got the hack to work for the first time! I’m getting the Elizabeth Mott shadow like everyone else, the skinfood egg white perfect pore, pixi blush, luxie brush, and smashbox primer.

I am really only looking forward to the bag, brush, and lippie. I thought I had opted out of eyeshadows, and I don’t have cleaners selected on my profile as something I use (I prefer my Norwex face cloth). I love getting polish, but this color is possibly the most boring/ugly color I have ever gotten. I’m not a huge fan of Adesse polish either – it doesn’t last more than a day or two before it peels or chips.

I googled Ipsy hack and a Reddit page came up and a lot of people posted what they are getting.
Everyone got the Elizabeth Mott eye shadow
Most got pixi blush
A lot of people got the brow product by colourpop more than the lippie. Most got the shadow brush. Oh and the beauty for real eyeliner comes in jade and champagne too. Not just black! I did not see many surprises. I don’t think I saw anyone with the Mac.

I am getting the mac strobe cream.. hope it’s good!

OK I did see few Mac after I looked again but not many. There is also not many DLS lippies which I really want! I saw a lot of Adesse Deception nail polish as well. Also Pacifica duo blush is option again so if you did not get it last month you may this month.
