They charge you right away when you sign up for Oct. box and then again beginning of Oct. for Nov. box just to let people know you pay a month ahead because of the customization option(that they now offer) is what they told me. I just want to warn people because I wasn’t prepared for the $50 charge so fast.

Hi Michelle – Thanks for sharing your feedback here. I thought I would clarify a few points.
For members joining who would prefer to receive their first box before being charged for the next, they can just request a hold on the next month as long as it’s received before the 1st of the next month. We set forth our billing and shipping schedule in our FAQ, link to it from the join pages and also summarize it, along with the hold option in the confirmation email. Just wanted to let you know incase you didn’t happen to see this when you joined 🙂

Also, I wanted to clarify here that the special offer above isn’t quite relayed accurately. The offer is for either the Lyeska (code is LYESKA – was a typo in the email, but LYEKSA will work now too) or the Alima Pure eyeliners to be included in the first box as part of the selection. This means that new members would receive their choice here, along with being able to pick 2 other items for their box. The end result is they will receive 1-2 (2 if the Alima Pure code is used) additional full size items (instead of perhaps a deluxe sample or travel size). I hope that clarifies things.

We’re always happen to answer questions so feel free to reach out!

I tried to join, but the coupon code LYEKSA is not valid.

It’s a great serum! A lot of people really love Modicum 🙂

Modicum brand destroys my face, drys it out and so bad it cracked while using it. They put what smells like oregano in one of the cleansers and most of their ingredients are very harsh. Maybe one of the worst brand I’ve ever used.

I’m sorry to hear Modicum isn’t a good fit for you – their products are usually very well received, however, we are all so unique in our skincare needs that it’s a good thing there are so many lovely options. I hope you find something else that suits your complexion well 🙂
