Thank you so much for your purchase at the Beautycon Shop. We were thrilled to be able to offer our community such a steep discount, but we did not anticipate how popular our sale would be! Unfortunately, your Summer Box purchase will not be able to be fulfilled.

We do have Winter 2016 boxes in stock and would be happy to send you that box instead. If you don’t want the Winter Box, you have not been charged and you don’t need to do anything. If you would like us to send you the Winter Box instead, please respond to this email and we’ll make sure you get the box in the mail right away. This offer is only available while supplies last, so please respond ASAP and you will be charged $8.75 once it ships.

  1. That lotion is AWESOME! The Winter box ended up being my fave. It has soooo much stuff, all of it good. But the lotion I have been using daily, and my keratosis pilarus loves it (or hates it, as the lotion is eliminating it!)

    • The Skinvolve? I have major KP and if it helps I’ll start using it! I thought it was for cellulite for some reason.

    • I love the texture of it but the smell is so strong, I can’t handle it, which is a total bummer because it’s such a large tube.

  6. I ordered the winter 2016 and summer 2016. I wasn’t aware that I wasn’t receiving the summer box until I emailed them because I only got a tracking number for one box. They said they didn’t anticipate as many orders, which is fine. But I was talking to a girl online, who ordered multiple of all boxes (apparently after I placed my order) and she said she’s got shipping for all of her boxes. I hope they didn’t prioritize ppl who ordered multiple boxes over ppl who only purchased one or two.

    • I don’t think that’s what they did since I’d ordered 1 of each – so 4 boxes total and when I ordered NOTHING was out of stock. However, I got screwed outta BOTH of my summer boxes. And I emailed them back and forth for a week asking if they could do this exact thing and they kept basically saying “Nope. Sorry.” So, that was a HUGE bummer – but at least they’re offering this now as a way of apologizing, or making up loss, or something lol.

      • Oh ok, good to know! I was also emailing them back in forth and kept getting the same generic answer, so I was getting annoyed. But I’m glad they offered this, one of my favorite boxes. Will make great gifts!

    • No, I ordered 4; immediately after they came up for sale. Still haven’t received a single one. And I got the email above, that I wouldn’t be getting the summer ones either. Looks like their was no method to the madness or rhyme to their reason….. but then again, if they’re going out of business, it’s probably hard to plan for it gracefully, lol!

  7. So excited to finally receive tracking on my order from that Friday night! And I received the winter box offer email yesterday and said yes ASAP. I’m really glad they did something for the people who ordered early and were told weeks later that they would not be getting the Summer 2016 box.

  8. I wanted all four boxes, but they showed everything sold out except the summer box, so I only got that one.

    Now the winter and one other show stock. I wonder if this just an inventory error? I would love to have the other two boxes as well. (For the flash price of course!)

  9. The customer service of Beauty Con is not good. After not receiving any tracking for my order, I did a live chat where I was told that my boxes were not coming. Fair enough. The rep then offered the winter boxes but said I could not do the flash sale price. A couple of days later they email me with this, offering the flash sale price. Hopefully no one took them up on the offer to exchange Summer boxes!

    • That’s unfortunate. I emailed them yesterday confirming I wanted the winter box as replacement and inquired about the the three boxes I had ordered, and a customer service rep named Megan wrote me back today with my tracking and confirmation that the other three boxes had shipped. I think it depends on to whom you speak..?

  10. I was so excited for this offer. I ordered one of each box and didn’t get the Summer 2016 but got the other 3 a few days ago. Winter was actually my favorite one and I was wishing I bought another one and then the next day I saw the email…it was wonderful serendipity! LOL. Needless to say, I responded to the email right away and I got a reply last night saying the box will ship soon and to allow 7-10 days to receive it. Yay!

  11. Does anyone know if there is still a way to get the discount? (I just tried “FLASH” with no success.) I’d happily buy a Winter 2016 box with the discount. Thanks!

    • Did you order any boxes in the original sale? My guess is that they are “prioritizing” the rest of the Winter boxes to people that placed orders in the original sale and missed out on the summer boxes that they oversold. But if that applies to you, they should have sent you an email (above) with an opportunity to get the Winter box for the $8.75 price. If not, I THINK you’ll probably have to buy it at regular price or wait until they have this sorted out and see if any are left and then they might offer another discount code??

      • Thanks LB! I bought a box in the original sale but I received it so I’m not sure I qualify for the email coupon. I’ll watch for leftovers. 🙂

      • Be sure to check your email (including spam) then too if you bought boxes in the original sale. It sounded like they sent everyone the email about missing out on Summer boxes instead of just those that it really applied to so I’m surprised they only sent this email to the ones that missed out and not just the entire list again. Hmmm. Maybe they are finally sorting things out and not still drowning from the flood of orders. Haha.

      • I was told via chat that this email is for those who missed out on Summer 2016 and 2017 boxes. I received Summer 2017 but my Summer 2016 box was cancelled. I too thought this was unfair being that my order was placed super early and people who ordered after me received Summer 2016. I was told there was a glitch in their system, so orders were not filled in order. Check your email (Junk email too). You may qualify for Winter 2016 boxes. There is a limit of 3! You can also call CS to see if you qualify for the flash price! Good luck!

      • I feel this happened to me as well. I ordered just shortly after the post went up (I’m in California) and my Summer 2016 box was not fulfilled and the rest of my order had not even shipped while other people had already received their boxes days before. Happy for them but so not cool that happened.

      • I received the summer box today damaged with nothing inside. Not sure if they’ll offer a refund or a replacement but they did give me a 50% off discount coupon code: SIGNUP if anyone is interested

      • Definitely contact CS! They may offer you the Winter 2016 for the same price! Super nice box! Nothing is missing!

      • No offer for a replacement box, just another code if i want to buy more. They actually want me to deal with FedEx to get my money back from the damaged goods.

    • No, there is no way unless you originally placed an order for the Summer 2016 or Summer 2017 box. The promotion code has ended, but they are trying to make up to those who had their order cancelled.

    • I received my summer boxes, so I didn’t get that email. But I was able to order the winter and fall box on their website. Someone that commented on this thread said the promo code SIGNUP works for %50 of your order. I used that and got two boxes for $35
