I signed up just to try a box at the discounted price, but now I can’t cancel! Anybody else have this problem? I’ve tried calling several times but no answer. Their voicemail says to leave a message but their mailbox is full and messages can’t be left. I emailed them but they said the only way I can deactivate is if I call. So frustrating!

I’m disappointed that it’s cupcakes AGAIN. I got a three-month subscription in the summer, and the first two were also cupcakes. There’s so much more that they could be doing. I won’t renew, unfortunately.

Agree. Was hoping for something pumpkin/autumn themed…cookies, pancakes, coffee cake, rolls, etc. Although I realize this ties into Halloween, it’s a bit too “kid” oriented for me. I wonder if they might consider two offerings per month (I.e. one aimed at the adult “likes to bake” person and one for the parent/child “baking together” people). And then letting the subscriber choose the preferred one. just a thought.

That would be a great idea. I was hoping to subscribe looking at past boxes but this cupcake is just too childish.
