I ordered within minutes of the sale starting – and just got the email only Winter is left. Not happy – oh well.

Did anyone else have the beautycon box lost in the mail?? I contacted them and don’t have insurance 😭😭😭😭 Now I’m out the box this mama of 3 was really looking forward to AND the money. And the best they could do was offer me 50% the box. But when you factor in my $8.75 already paid plus if I pay the 50% price of $17.50, I’m getting close to paying the regular box price. And waited 2 weeks to find that out. Not impressed 🙁

Can anyone give a guess about which boxes made it through for me based on shipping weight? I ordered one of each, got the email that “summer” won’t be coming, but not sure if that means one or both of the summer got canceled. CS has yet to answer. My shipping weight is 6.1 lbs, so I’m thinking only the winter and fall actually made it through the order chaos. The box is 14x13x3.

I actually think u may have gotten all 4. If u did lucky you! I’m only getting 3 of the 4 I ordered…. oh well I’m still happy! As long as nothing is missing from my boxes… I’ve hear a couple ppl complain stuff was missing. Hopefully it won’t be that case for most of us!

I got 1 fall and 2 winter and my shipping weight is 4.8lbs so I’m thinking u got all 4 also..lucky you .
First they told me I wouldn’t be getting one of the summers and then they sent me another email and said I wouldn’t be getting either Summer boxes 😫

I ordered one of each for a total 4. I was randomly billed for one on Sept. 9 then received an email today that the “Summer” box (no year indicated) was no longer available. I have reached out to them to confirm which Summer box is not available and to confirm that I will still receive the remaining 3 boxes.

It’s summer 2016 that I was told I would not be receiving. Weird since I ordered early and had no problems with technical issues (since it was early in the morning). I am receiving summer 2017 still.

I didn’t order any of these boxes- I missed the sale- however I see the comments that people aren’t getting what boxes they did order. They are receiving emails to the effect that the company didn’t anticipate the interest and ran out or are getting different boxes than they ordered. I just looked at their website a minute ago and they do HAVE all the boxes up there that they offered… but now they are $35 each. Has anybody tried holding them to their sale price commitment? Or was this a ploy to regenerate interest and hike the price?

My Summer ’17 just arrived! I had ordered it separately, after having ordered the other 3 together. They’re due today, too. I think this box is wonderful! Just applied the cuticle oil, mascara, eye shadow crayon, and the lip gloss! What next???

How many other people bought boxes that they are going to get now?

So after I ordered one of each of the boxes and 4 total on September 2 I sent it in email do you beauty con wondering why I received a charge for 8.75 today and 17.50 on September 9. They informed me that the summer box had been over anticipated and they sold to many so I wouldn’t be getting that box. So now I’m only getting three boxes now this is only after I sent them an email inquiring as to what the charges were for on two different days. So I’m wondering if they were ever going to say anything to me about it. I think this is some real BS

I ordered one of each as a surprise for my daughter, got confirmation I was getting all 4, have had several contacts with customer service over the last 10 days that indicated I was getting all 4, and now get the “no summer box” email with no indication of which year or if it is both. I have sent them a reply with a strong suggestion that if they want to continue to sell products they should immediately get a new inventory and sales management software vendor because this should not happen. The software should not allow you to sell more than you have and if it fails, it should not take over a week to let customers know. You send out an email immediately to all letting them know that there may be an issue, not repeatedly give what are apparently lame false excuses about “backordering.”

Since they are still listing the winter and fall boxes for sale, I would have preferred being offered the option to substitute one or both for the summer box(es) that will evidently not be shipping rather than have up to half my order summarily cancelled. I’ve also now been twice directed to “check my account” for information but unable to do so. When I asked to be directed to access for said account, I was informed that all customer account access was disabled as of 8/24. Luckily I have not told my daughter exactly what I was getting for her, so I will be the only one disappointed.

I once again reached out to customer service as I placed an order for 3 boxes early on September 2 before 7:30 A.M. I was told the same as the others that the Summer 2016 box would not be honored as they would not have enough to fulfill:-/
I will be receiving Winter 2016 and Summer 2017 as I was told. Good luck everyone!

Same here I was a little annoyed because my friend who I told about the deals ordered 1 summer box the next day and she got her box last Saturday the 9th but I ordered my boxes very early Saturday like before daylight and I’m getting zero summer boxes out of the 7 I ordered

I really don’t have a clue how they are fulfilling orders. What I am thinking is that they should have offered this only to their subscribers (I never subscribed to them) or made it a one per customer limit. At the low price they offered they should have known there would be a flood of orders.

FYI… I emailed them asking why I was only charged for one box when I ordered 3, and this was their response:

Looking back on BeautyCon’s reviews Liz made remarks about their shoddy customer service/box fulfillment. Is it any wonder BC shuttered it’s doors??

I ordered 3 and have been charged for 2. I have one shipping notification from FedEx supposedly to arrive today. I have no idea what I am receiving! I think maybe they would have been better off to limit one per customer.

Overall given recent updates, feel very lucky!

I just called customer service. They are not honoring the order for the summer 17 and summer 16 boxes I placed because they sold more than they had anticipated and claim there was a technical issue with their website. I am so disappointed. You better call to confirm if indeed you will be receiving anything at all!!!

I just wanted everyone to know that I received my order of non-box items from BeautyCon today. I ordered two of the water bottles and the canvas tote. The bottles are great and will be used immediately. The tote is tolerable. But, $20 for everything and free shipping from FedEx, it’s definitely worth it!

I am still waiting for my four boxes. However, they are on their way via FedEx and are scheduled for delivery in three days.

Something smells scam to me. How can there be boxes for sale still when I haven’t been shipped my boxes. Somethings not right here. I ordered 5 boxes been charged only for one. Have not received a shipping notice. They did reply to one of my e-mails and confirmed my 5 boxes and said they would charge my cc when the boxes ship. Now for the past three days they are no longer responding to my E-mails. I smell scam all over this as they are closing or I could be wrong and its just kaos over there and they don’t know what their doing. Any whoot they should not go down like this. Be faithful until the end Beautycon.

Well, the point of a scam would be to get our money, and they aren’t even charging us for what we ordered. They just can’t handle the volume. I can only hope that the orders are filled on a first come first served basis, and not randomly.

I got my three 2016 boxes today in one shipment.

Everything that listed on the website was included. Except 2 items:

SUMMER 2016 – Luxie Rose Gold Large Fan Brush

FALL 2016 – Kate Somerville Exfolikate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment

IDK if they have these & forgot/overlooked to pack them or if they’re already at a deficit… 😕

I have 3 shipments that fed ex has received. One is 4.1 lbs another is 5.1 pounds and the last is 5.9 pounds. So unless Beautycon sent a box of rocks to fed ex to be shipped to me then I don’t think it is a scam. I will know by Fri and Sat. Another reason that I don’t think it is a scam is that they only charged before then sent each shipping confirmation. My first order I received a charge for $8.75 cents and then a day later for $17.50. I think if it was a scam that they would have taken the entire $26.25 and not bothered to send fed ex tracking info. The Fed ex shipping info shows that they have received a box from Beautycon.

I was charged for mine some of the charges were separate but I ended up with 3 shipping confirmations and all boxes finally came out of my account. I have 2 boxes scheduled to be here Friday and one box scheduled for Saturday.
I am sure with all the orders that they are overwhelmed.

Ughhhh I’m so over this company. I checked out with the coupon, it reduced the price but I was billed $35 anyway!! I disputed the charge difference with my credit card and sent them an email. I should have listened to my gut and skipped this “deal”.

I got my shipping prep notice yesterday. My expected delivery is Tuesday.

(It’s coming from Orange County, CA & I’m in LOS ANGELES – where is it going for 5 days??!?!)

Because the label was for 1 package I sent CS an email inquiring about my order of all three of the 2016 boxes. They’ve packed them into 1 shipment! Huzzah 😀

I ordered 5 boxes have only been charged for 1 which was on Sept 5th which I don’t even know which one was charged and still no email confirmation about shipping. Sooo frustrated.

Well I ordered 9 was charged for 2 on the 6th & was told they would ship the next day still no confrontation so I called & was told that they are refunding the $ because they can’t ship the boxes u til the rest of the boxes are in stock even though 2 are available I have to wait 7-10 days for the other boxes to arrive so they can all be shipped at once! This makes no sense why not ship what’s available and already charged & more than likely they will be short so I’m over it I just want my money back I don’t even want these boxes now
