I’m looking forward to trying this balm. I recently swapped for a Wabi-Sabi Botanicals eye serum that was sent out in a Clean Beauty box a while ago and I really like it–it’s a lightweight oil that smells yummy, and the scary orange color fades relatively quickly once the serum is on my skin 🙂 I also received an Herbivore Coconut + Sea Salt Beach Hair Mist in this month’s Clean Beauty Box. Of all the subscriptions I receive I think I enjoy this one the most–everything I receive feels indulgent.

Oh my gosh… I’m so happy you mentioned the Wabi-Sabi eye nectar! That’s my next eye cream for the evening I’ll be using, and hearing the reviews of how it makes your skin orange, albeit briefly, kind of made me nervous. I plan to use it only at night, and I was wondering… I know you referred to it as a serum, so do you use an eye cream afterward? Since it’s an oil consistency, I was planning on using it in my eye cream step, after an eye serum. I’d love to hear how you use it. 🙂

Also, I *love, love, love* Herbivore’s hair mists!!! I’m taking a hiatus from sub boxes right now, so I’m super bummed to hear I’ll be missing out on the one included in this month’s box. I’m currently using Herbivore’s Jasmine Hair Mist, and oh my gosh… it’s divine. It makes my hair smell so lovely… feminine & fresh.

Ooh, I’m a sucker for jasmine. I know Herbivore has some rose-scented products, which are definitely not for me, but I didn’t know about the jasmine hair mist. I’ll keep an eye out for that one for sure! I’m always on the hunt for things to make my hair smell good. Some of the reviews at Sephora say that the coconut hair mist isn’t so great as a styling tool but is great for the scent.

I think I just use the term “serum” sort of indiscriminately 🙂 The eye nectar has a lightweight oil consistency and so far I’ve been using it like I would a face oil, i.e., in place of a moisturizer. I think it’d also be great layered over a lighter serum, especially in the winter when everything’s bone dry. I was really surprised the first time I used it–I didn’t have any warning about the orange color! It really does fade quickly, but even so, this will be strictly an evening product for me. Even my minimal makeup doesn’t work all that well on top of an oil product. The scent took a little getting used to but now I love it 🙂

I just got my delivery notice! I can’t wait to use this tonight!

Please report back – I’m wondering if this is the only item in the box?

I don’t think it is, because Amy mentioned above that she also received the Herbivore Coconut + Sea Salt Beach Hair Mist in this month’s box. 🙂
