When this box first started they had such a huge selection of items in the charm shop, so many different things. I hate how it’s only a few things there at a time.

I kind of wish you would not post about these things and send out the alerts. I have been checking it daily, and I missed out on the two items I would want because everyone was alerted. Boo. Back to hoarding charms, I guess.

I’m mostly just salty about missing out yet again, and I know about the charms. I have been waiting for weeks for them to add items. I wish they would have more available when they add things, just like the ipsy point redemption. They are gone in a snap.

I have been subscribed to Boxy for awhile and I LOVE the sub but their reward/charm shop totally blows. I have almost $100 in points and I have never found anything in the shop that I wanted. I thought saving my points would pay off if they ever offered something really good. I have long given up that thought, but this post reminded me I needed to check out the shop again. Nope. Nothing. Then I decided to just try a few things anyway. After putting a couple of things in my cart I went to the checkout page. They want to charge me shipping and tax to redeem my points????!!! What a total rip!!! I wrongly assumed that the charms were much like Ipsy’s program….earn points, cash them in and receive your item in your next month’s sub. For all of you who may know, does Boxycharm have a minimum for free shipping or is it always a shipping charge? Do points expire? I am pretty sure that I will no longer participate in the reviews or the redemptions. And what is with their awful web site?

I believe there is a “coupon” you can buy with Charms to get free shipping.

There is. You can stack it with your $30 off (or however much off you have) and not have to pay anything.

If you sign up for ColourPop you’ll ger a $5 off coupon. The shadows are very inexpensive and theres so many to pick from it gets overwhelming…in a good way. Ive never heard anyone that’s tried ColourPop not like them. All their products are truly amazing. Of course its not the point. I agree, the Charm shop sucks, but its because Boxycharm is the best sub box and they have too many customers.

I basically forgot about the charm shop cause they never have anything good. I haven’t reviewed in FOREVER and I still had over 9000 points. I redeemed $30 worth (2 body sprays and 2 lip balms) and I still had to pay $4 shipping but might as well use some of those points…
