  1. I like watching old movies and eating popcorn sprinkled with warm caramel.

  2. I love reading a new book while wearing a sheet mask.

  3. Long bath with spa products and a good book.

  4. I try to meditate at the end of each day.

  5. I drink hot tea each night before bed. I set aside a half hour where I don’t have any work or chores or responsibilities, then sit quietly with my tea and think about anything I want that isn’t work. Sometimes I read or listen to a podcast, but mostly just relax.

I guess I should add some to my day, I take relaxing baths when I can (love bath bombs and scrubs) and love sheet masks and all that but I’m always so center on everyone else been pampered that at the end of the day I forget or I’m super tired. I definitely need more me time! Lol! Saw someone mentioned lip balm which I do love and use constantly so maybe I can count that! 😊Thank you for this awesome giveaway!

  10. Things like make sure I take my vities before bed, take care of my skin w/a good regiment, get a good night sleep, cardio often, have fun & laugh a lot.

  11. I go to the gym (Well, that is kind of a love/hate ritual.) I also try periodically take time to do face or foot masks or pamper myself with nice shower and lotion products.

  12. Relaxing teas almost every night: either Yogi Kava or Tulsi Rose, or sometimes chamomile if the mood strikes

  18. I like to focus on a fragrance I enjoy, be it a perfume I choose to wear, a candle, diffuser, shower gel, sachet, room spray, plants or flowers in my yard or even my pets!

  21. I take time to read, sometimes I will let myself read the entire book in a day! (if it’s that good of course!)
    Oh and of course this(subs), which lets me treat myself at the cost of 1 item generally!

    Stop. Breathe. Deeper. Repeat.
    Curl up with a book.
    Lay down with my subscriptions at the end of a bad day and tell myself that I deserve the treats, and enjoy them.

  26. Coffee in the mornings and evenings (and anytime inbetween) i love it and its something my kids arent trying to steal some of! And the gym is my other self care routine. It keeps me centered, focused and its totally good for you besides….,

  28. I love to take a nice hot soaking bath with salts or bomb to add some pleasant fragrance.

  29. I recently started a multistep skincare regimen adapted from the Korean beauty routine. My goal is to no longer need to use foundation! I also light a candle or two and turn the lights down low about an hour before bed, helps me relax and get into sleep mode.

  39. Drink plenty of water and use moisturizer.

  40. I have face, eye, hand, and foot masks. When I need a little break, I’ll put on an eye or sheet face mask and take 10-15 minutes to sit back and relax with it on. If I need more, I’ll use some kind of face mask along with keratin foot and hand mask bags, lounge in my recliner, and have my kids bring me refills on my ice water or snacks, like I’m some queen on my throne. 🙂 Fortunately, they get a kick out of it, since I pretend I’m some bossy ruler. So, not only is it relaxing, it makes us all giggle, which is the best self-care!

  41. I try to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. It’s amazing how even going for walk can lift my sprints!

  48. Since finding out I have breast cancer I have been obsessed with trying to take care of my self with more natural products. I know it’s a little to late but I’ve developed a lot of issues with my skin. Brown spots, aging faster, not feeling well overall. All I know is I couldn’t get through any of this without my best friend (my dog of course). Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity
