Ipsy August 2017 Spoilers – Guaranteed Items!

I’m trying to start getting brushes (I know people hate them, but I need to build up my collection!) and I’m toying with requesting the brush and maybe (finally) opting out of haircare and a skincare product this month. I’m so weirdly superstitious about influencing my final bag, though–I don’t want to accidentally end up with an awful bag because I meddled too much!

I hope to not ever get another ugly bag like the one we just got with that God awful egg on it. I threw it away

This is my last goodbye with Ipsy, so I hope they make it good! 😃

-Makeup brushes are always good! (Even though I def don’t need any, but I’d rather get one of those than something else!)

I reminded them I had opted out of nail polishes & fragrances. For this month I added blush & eye shadow to NO THANKS list. Major overload on those 2 categories, even with give aways.

I wouldn’t object to that pen liner even if it is black, anything from belif or any mascara (even tho I have more than we have months left in the year to use,) & I’m a maybe on that gold stuff.

I requested the Sunday polish #28 and have requested no brushes – everything else looks good! I’m on the lookout for a foundation, love belif, love mascara, and would be happy to try the other two items.

I’d be happy with anything that isn’t another neutral eyeshadow or the foundation. I already requested the eyebrush, so probs won’t get the crown one. Hoping for the grey purple polish and one of the sheet mask sets. Particularly the yogurt ones.

PLEASE, Ipsy, I beg you – please do not put any mascara, teeny-tiny cardstock book The Balm products or icky gray-purple nail polish in my bag!! (Also nix any bronzers, highlighters, red lipstick, sea salt sprays or dry shampoo!) ANYTHING other that those things will make me a happy camper!

Looks like a great month! I want one of everything lol. This shows that patience is rewarded for the months when nothing looks good to you, instead of quitting and complaining just hope for a better future month! The swap section has been awesome for the items I really 100% don’t want.

Last month was my first month and they followed my profile. If they continue that, I will either get the Crown brush, the Aqua bomb, or the Gavee Gold. I strongly suspect the Gavee Gold based on what I got and liked last time but who knows, I’m only going by one month’s observation!

I’m sorry, I’m a little confused. I saw the spoilers for the August bag earlier & requested the SLMissGlam brush after seeing our choices (MUFE mascara, yogurt mask, FAB cleanser, etc). Now I see we can request via e-mail the Belif Aqua Cream, Josie Maran foundation, Crown brush, etc. Is this a 2nd item request for August or are these our choices for September?

I guess I am odd woman out I like the bag dislike most of the spoilers . Too many skin care items which I have opted out of. I only like bright nail polish colors and I opted out of brushes. Does not leave much.

This months looking great, hope my bag is amazing!! 😀 Really dislike the actual bag though. Everyone email Ipsy and tell them we want a black cat bag for October! haha. Would LUUUUV.

Can I email ipsy care and say I want the mysterious thing in the sparkly jar?

The 7th item (with the ???) is the Heart of Gold Elixir by Gavee Gold! (It was a reward item a few months back).

Nice spoilers! I would like trying most of those. Hoping for that baby pink sundays polish, though!

That Balm eyeshadow looks more like the color Kuwakaribisha from that pallet. Is it an option too for the Guaranteed items? (I hope so because I can wear those soft pinks better than the dark browns)
