It says on the loot crate website that this crate (Wizarding World) arrives between the 15th and th 25th of every ODD-NUMBERED MONTH. So… the next box is actually sent in august…

No. This is September. We just got a box in July; it’s every other month. August is the 8th month… and I do believe 8 is an even number. 9 is an ODD number.

We got the wand pen last month!!!! It’s awesome. I’ve never seen Snape’s wand pen before!!!!

When checking out, it asks for your house and t-shirt size.. my size is sold out so it went to what’s available which I can not fit… guess I’ll have to wait?

I had this same problem. If you email them, they’ll help you. They were really nice and fixed it, and they were really prompt with the reply.

I recommend going in and trying again, or logging in to try to change your size, because I think the reason it came up as unavailable is because they were still taking orders for the previous box.

Don’t know if this helps but when I first started that happened to me. I went big and used the shirt as a night shirt. I was able to change the size to the correct one going forward.
