I received my box this week. My C E Ferulic sample has a really odd/strong odor. Does anyone know if this is how it supposed to be? I would hate to put a rancid product on my face… 😕

I took advantage of the $10 off and will receive 2 boxes this month. I received one today and have to say I’m kinda disappointed in the size of the samples. Beauty fix is one of my favorite boxes. I’ll cut back to one only and hoping the next one is better!

Same here. The samples were tiny, unexpected coming from Beautyfix. I am waiting on the spoilers for August before I cancel. I am cutting back on expenses and sadly beautyfix is on the chopping block.

Beautyfix always pulls this on to get us slackers back in on our addiction! lol I’m actually going to not give in. I seriously am starting to feel like a beauty product hoarder. I have one beauty box now!! Woot! And a couple snack boxes which always get used, so that’s not the issue. Also, my geeky and book subs. That’s it!! I’m not even sure how many boxes I’ve tried but way too many… I’m like the crazy sub box lady. My mail carrier is always like ‘you sure do get a lot of mail’ lol

This sample was also included in the BeautyFix bridesmaid box (which is an awesome box and I highly recommend it!) and it is a really tiny vial. It lasted for a little over a week I really liked it.

Thank you Serena! I just received my box today and 5 minutes later called and canceled. It was super easy! I couldn’t find the chat button but I’m guessing it’s because I’m on my phone. I like the brands featured in this box but the sample sizes are not for me for the regular prices. Ok for what I paid but not for $25 for me.

There is live chat icon on the website. Just tell them you need to cancel the monthly sub box (before August 1st). I normally do that after I receive this month’s box ( in case I will forget at the end of that month).

yes, you could always use coupon to the same account. This morning, I bought one with coupon, and have to cancel it for some reason. After it canceled, I use same coupon to buy another box.
Thus one coupon could be used in same account for multiple times.

Sorry to piggyback on the question, I just placed the order for a monthly subscription but i didn’t receive any email to confirm my purchase. Is this normal, or should I assume my order did not go through? I called them twice but no one picked up, and no email reply to my enquiry yet 🙁

I’ve cancelled and resubbed using the same email address. I actually cancelled for July since I wasn’t thrilled with the spoilers, but now I think I’m going to re-sub. I’ve been able to use coupon codes in the past when re-subbing.
Just keep in mind, their customer service can be pretty terrible and sometimes it’s a pain to cancel. I actually had to open a case with the BBB once after no response from multiple emails (even though they claim a 48 hour turnaround) and no one was answering their phone line (was only hold multiple times for 30-45 minutes until I gave up). I also sat on chat a few hours multiple days too. It was a nightmare.

I don’t know what happened to you, but I have never had any problems with customer service, use the telephone,,,really courteous and to the point I never had one of your stated problems…I been subscribing for about two years i have cancelled a few times and never a problem at all

yes, I use the same info with no problems. also sign up for their loyalty program ( don’t remember what it is called) you will get points that give you credit for future purchases.

I had to cancel last month to resolve getting 2 boxes each month. Seeing the spoilers (along with $10 off) has convinced me to rejoin. I love their unique products they offer and it’s always a great value. They are super helpful on the phone as well!
Love Erno Lazio products and micro facial scrubbers. Worth it for those 2 products. Last month the full size sunscreen was awesome!

I had a hard time using it to cancel last month. I ended up calling and was then able to talk to an agent and had no issues at that point. I recommend calling over email (no response after 4 days) or live chat (didn’t work for me). Best!

The Enzo lotion has a ton of alcohol in it. I wish the would send a toner alcohol free. But this box does look good, we shall see what the sizes are though. I bet that CE Ferelic is a small sample, I’ve gotten it before from them in this box, wouldn’t mind a full or larger than sample size as I really do like this product! Time will tell hopefully I should have my box today or tomorrow. Thank you for the spoilers
