It turns out that they send you a coupon code. To get the box you have to enter the code on the Popsugar website. If you haven’t done this, the order didn’t go through. I found this out after I was wondering where mine was too.

Has anyone had any experience with their customer service? I received the incorrect box and have been trying to get an answer for a week. They keep telling me no need to check back in but when I check back in yesterday they told me I had received my box and I said no it was not the correct one. They said they would get in touch with me today and they did not.

It usually takes them a couple days to respond but they always do. It’s strange that they left you hanging for a week! I would email them again in hopes they reply in a timely manner. They’ve always corrected any issues I’ve had. Good luck!

Can’t wait for spoilers! I would love a wallet, some kind of purse? I loved the sunglasses on the limited edition so they probably won’t include sunglasses but I would love if they did, I’m addicted to sunglasses and can never have to many! Same with moisturizer/anti aging sunblock, would love if they include one in this box!

I’m hoping that since the June box had a salt spray, and the mystery box had a bronzer/highlighter, we will be safe for a little while. Same with sunglasses, please no sunglasses. I’ve got my fingers crossed for jewelry, but since I’ll be getting the July box, it’s pretty much guaranteed to not happen. They never do jewelry if I’m subscribed.
