This is my first box and I must say that I love, love, LOVE all of the products inside! I have VIP box, so it’s such a treat to have higher end items with awesome ingredients and a real “benevolent” nature to the box itself (pun intended), due to the nice card inside showing the RV amount, the product and product description, and a more self-empowering message on the front. I will DEFINITELY keep this box around and the customer service from Rachel was tremendously wonderful, to say the least. I had a small (VERY small) issue with the Ardency Inn “Purple Hearts” glitter/shimmer shadow when I opened the box after I came home from my European vacation to see that a little product was loose on the inside of the Ardency Inn box that holds the eyeshadow itself. But really, not much product was loose, just a trace amount on the sides of the Ardency Inn box, but I e-mailed Rachel and literally within 5 MINUTES of my e-mail (when I sent her a photo of what I was speaking of), she found another and the LAST “Purple Hearts” in a batch she had and is sending it to me as we speak!!! I didn’t lose much of my loose pigment eyeshadow, but she was on top of her game with this, so well done, Rachel! Should get it early next week, so I have two awesome shadows! CAN’T WAIT FOR THE JULY BOX AND WHAT THE SPOILER WILL BE … 🙂 This is one of the best boxes out there, for sure. I highly recommend the VIP box if you can afford it or the mini box if that’s easier to afford or you just want to start trying out these products. <3 <3 <3 <3 No need to trade or sell any items, thankfully, and none will go to waste. I will use it ALL. 🙂

Thank you! I’ve been looking forward to this sub box for a month now and I’m not upset or displeased in the slightest. I get two Ipsy’s a month and after July, I might go down to one Ipsy and have the one Benevolent so I’m not on product overload. 🙂

I received my box today, I’m really excited about all but one thing, which is great – at my product saturation rate! 😀

I received:

Law Beauty Essentials Nail Polish in A Lot of Spice
Laritzy Cosmetics Lip Pencil in Bare
Idun Minerals Lip Gloss in Astrid
Ardency Inn Modster Eye Powder in Purple Hearts

The nail polish is such an interesting and different shade, I don’t have anything like it, and I’m really excited about that. I don’t really like lip glosses, but the shade is unique and fun. I love the lip pencil, it’s perfect for my pale complexion. What I didn’t love was the Ardency Inn Eye Powder, it may have a great retail value, but purple glitter isn’t really for me. It isn’t all about retail value for me if I can’t use the products.

As I said, though, the rest of the box is fab, and I love experiencing fun and new things, and who knows, maybe I can learn to do something with the eye powder. I’d have to get glitter glue first!

That nail polish is a nice bright color for Summer or anytime, for that matter… I’ve never seen such an awesome consistency and how it sits on my nails, etc. I would love to have more from that brand! 🙂

Oops, so that’s why we didn’t get a second spoiler. Tonya, did the enclosed card state two items? I love Palmetto products, so creamy. I am needing a lip liner, is their a tint to it? Gosh, I’m wondering what the mini version of the box has.

I received my BB box yesterday and was so excited only to open it and find only 2 items!!! Did anyone else have this issue? I received the palmetto essentials moisturizing cream and a lip liner pencil…what a letdown! I’m used to BB having great boxes.

Are you signed up for the mini box? Just asking because it’s advertised as having only 2-3 full-sized products. Maybe those were the only two products included because the moisturizer has a $48 value (I’m not sure about the lip liner RV), which is well above the $16/box cost.

If you’re signed up for the regular box, I would definitely email them right away. They have exceptional customer service, and I don’t doubt they would just send you another box, and let you keep what was originally sent to you.

Love Palmetto products! BB always has full size products. Benevolent included Palmetto cream face mask a few months ago and using it was sheer bliss!

Now I’m excited to see the next spoiler!!

Do you guys know if this is in the mini box as well? Or would I need to buy the VIP box? Thanks!

I wonder if it’s full size or sample? If it’s full size, I’d definitely get this!

Benevolent Beauty includes the actual size of the products they show in their spoilers (i.e. not what some boxes do by showing a full-sized spoiler when they’re really including only a sample). Since the 2oz is pictured, this is the full-sized product, and should be included in the box. 🙂
