The price update will be reflected on your next bill at the time of your next upcoming renewal. We’re not charging anyone more for a subscription that is currently in the middle of a multi-month plan.

Maybe it’s just me but I really don’t mind paying $3 more for my Sanrio box (I already cancelled the HP crate for a few reasons)). I would rather pay more and enjoy something new and in their usual tone than experiencing another disappointment like The Bam Box where their quality dropped significantly.
I want to see where they go with this from here and whether their changes can justify the higher cost.
Didn’t they have a price increase within the past 12 months? Why does it feel like they’re trying to expand their company but can’t keep up with the cost or the traffic and therefore causing shipping delays/lower quality items?
Seems like they just had an increase and with all the shipping problems, I’ll stick to just buying items I want when they have sales.
Firefly went up $5? What the junk is that? >.<
I was thinking of canceling, because it’s been so figures-oriented, and that’s not my thing. Now I definitely will.

Saw this and instant cancel for the HP crate. I was going to give them one more chance but this is just insulting for the quality of items we receive.
Same thing happened with me – I was giving it one more month but with the last crate I can’t justify an increase.

Considering how bad the last wizarding world crate was, they should paying us to take them. I cancelled even before the price increase. Low value items at increasingly high prices.
