Here it is the 22nd my bag was due 12th. It has not updated since the 11th. Not sure what to do . Ipsy said wait 14 business days but then in will be a holiday and what can they do? I dont really want a replacement bag of leftovers when I was suppose to get Pacifica and Mellow.

I had the same thing, DHL still shows last update was May 11th. I contacted Ipsy customer service and was told I should wait 14 business days from ship date. I waited a couple more days and contacted them again. They said they would send another bag. I hope it’s what my original bag was supposed to be. This note they sent said tracking info should update in 3-4 days, that didn’t happen. I’m not thrilled but this is my first real issue with Ipsy so I’m not going to cancel, not yet.

I heard they don’t send the same things because they run out. Also I want to review my items because everyone says how important that is. But I have no clue if I am getting the black or Opal pixi eyeliner. If I am getting black I want to downvote it so I am less likely to get one of the black eyeliners I saw in spoilers.

I don’t think its Ipsy, its dhl. Even when dhl isn’t “experiencing difficulties” they suck. Mine never updates on tracking until it gets handed off to usps. I’ve emailed in before and complained about dhl. Perhaps if a lot of use write it to voice our opinions about dhl they will switch? Currently, they use both dhl and FedEx, both hand off to usps.

I guess I don’t understand how a shipping center can get behind a whole week. I could understand a backlog of a day or two but what has to happen to make them not be able to get to packages for a week or more?

Every month it comes from NC, takes a sightseeing tour through Maryland, up through Massachusetts, to get to me in Connecticut. Boxycharm is worse. It starts out 20 mins from me, goes to central MA, then south thru most of CT, taking 5-6 days. It left a town 20 mins away. I don’t get it. DHL is the worst-they tend to hold on to things for days w no movement.

I’m in CT and I got mine. Boxycharm does often take a while, but I got that one too already. All the subs are often inconsistent with when in the month they arrive. As long as I get it, I’m good. Lol I get so many subs that I can’t use everything the day it arrives anyway.

Oh, I totally agree!! I think the latest I’ve ever gotten a box is the 20th. Just crazy the route they take. Fedex is much better than DHL though.

Im in gulfport, ms and got mine last Tuesday of last week. I hate dhl tho. I messaged Ipsy last month and asked them to please switch me to FedEx but they said they don’t offer a feature to allow users to switch. I hope this mishap with dhl opens their eyes and they drop em.

Hi Ashby! I’m glad your bag arrived safely. My bag went from Forth Worth, TX to Phoenix, AZ and now it’s in Grand Prairie, TX. I read on ipsy’s Facebook page, that the same thing happened to several other Texans. The tracking notice states I’ll get it on May 20. (Fingers crossed!)

I signed up early March, but didn’t get bag until April
I thought I was reading tracking wrong..lol. I have gotten May bag this week.
I am in Phoenix, AZ but both of My bags start their tour in California, then TX, CO, NY, Ohio, when they hit MD and freeze tracking for days. I have gotten the box while tracking is frozen. (I have not listed all states of tour).
It’s nice that is sent update. And I think their customer service is incredible! Just know that when you do receive bag, it will be worth the wait

I love in Ohio. My Ipsy bag is in Stow, OH and has been since the 11th. I could just drive there and get it, it’s less than an hour from me….lol. I contacted Ipsy support and they were very helpful. This was before they sent out that message. My bag looks like a great one this month so I’m looking forward to receiving it, hopefully soon.

Wow. I didn’t even realize anything was odd since I normally get my bag late but it was shipped on the 4th and then sat in Stow from the 9th to the 17th and was delivered yesterday. Hope that means they are clearing them out now and you guys get yours soon too! I got a great bag this month too so I guess the wait was worth it…lol
