I got my bag today. They sent me the wrong foundation color… doubt they will fix their mistake. Otherwise, fast shipping, and a great deal.

If your order shows a different color I’m sure they will fix their mistake. I had to call them when they triple charged me and they were super nice and helpful on the phone. Very apologetic.

For those who are waiting, I used the $10 coupon code and received my box yesterday (May 9th). I live near the shipping site.
I regret having not bought another one. I was blown away by the six wonderful full-size items all in beautiful packaging. The unicorn bag is gorgeous and came separately sealed in its own bag and all my items were wrapped in tissue paper with colorful unicorns on it with Tarte’s signature cute note card. This was a great box and offer. I love how Tarte actually lets you pick the items to create a full face and I have already tried my products and love all of them.

I used the $10 coupon and bought two bags. One arrived yesterday (5/9) and one arrives today. Everything was wrapped in beautiful unicorn tissue paper. I’m glad I bought two. Other than the waterproof mascara I bought completely different items in the second bag.

For those of you that used the $10 coupon, did you receive a notification that your order has been delivered? I paid full price (unaware of the coupon). I received an email with tracking this morning.
A coworker of mine used the $10 off coupon a few hours after I placed my order. She received the initial confirmation, but her credit card still hasn’t been charged (says ‘pending’), and she hasn’t received an email with tracking.
I’m wondering if her order will be canceled, since it said the $10 wasn’t allowed to be used?
Anyone? 😉

I’m also waiting for tracking. I ordered at 10am the day of the sale and I used the coupon code. I honestly didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to. I hope I’m still getting my order. When I look it up in my account it says my order was accepted and is in the warehouse, but no movement at all.

It is kind of annoying. I remember seeing soo many people freak out yesterday over a girl saying she wanted to return stuff she got from this bag to sephora, which i under isnt right but people were seriously freaking out, saying she had no integrity and was a liar screwing over people and the business blah blah blah, yet the site clearly says 1 per customer and people are lying, using different email or different names. They are lying, they are screwing people over Where is their integrity? Now some people who wanted this deal might not have been able to because someone else decided they wanted to get 4. Another thing. the site says this sale is excluded from promo codes yet everyone is using them…. thats also screwing over the business…. lol. smh….

Sam, I do not think it is crewing the business. I used coupon on my two bags, and their site excepted it. If they excepted it, it means that they were OK with it, how is it my fault. Also, when they put new bags (that’s was kind of screwy of them to add new bags later) I ordered second bag on the same account, again they accepted the order. My account shows that I ordered two bags, they were OK with it. They are not following their own rules, I don’t see how we, as a consumers, screwing them up.

I was really hoping this would be sold out when I woke up this morning…but then it wasn’t…and there was a unicorn bag..and I just started using the Tarte unicorn brushes, so obviously I had to get a kit.

I’m kinda mad because I ordered two bags to get one of each (the unicorn 🦄 and the purple with gold zipper) first thing this morning thinking they would sell out quickly.. but no. They added two more bags?! I would’ve rather had the metallic gold one they just added over the purple with gold zippers. 😕

Since I’m used to Julep coupon codes, I played around a little and got the $10 off coupon to still work (5HBNJ9L9VQ). I added a full priced item to my bag and then entered the code and it worked and took $10 off. Then I deleted the full price item from my cart and the code still stayed so I checked out and got the bag for $53 even though the code technically stopped working the normal way. Might be worth a try for anyone having trouble getting a code to work.

I contacted Tarte about using the code. They told me that no discounts or codes are allowed to be used on this offer. I kinda feel like they should continue to allow it, instead of covering their butts and acting like they have their act together. Arg! This is such a good deal, but I always have issues with their CS. 🙁
