Does anybody know of a store that sells rituals
To me the products so far seem decent and I don’t mind if most of them are familiar Products or brands, but I was under the impression that these were supposed to all be full-size and they’re most definitely not
Tell me the value is only there if I use what’s in the box
That’s the first thing I thought, too! But I thought all 3 of the products in the 2nd spoiler were duplicates. Wonder if it’s a mistake. Wouldn’t you think they’d spread that out?
Everything is free (most people will swap based on retail value (RV)… but since you do pay for shipping, most people either want multiple item swaps or higher RV swaps. =)
They aren’t?!?!?! They used to be all full size with beauty thrills! That was the whole point in paying $60-70 bucks (with shipping I mean)! Thanks for pointing that out as I just assumed they would be full size like before. Bummer.
I think, it was in the last two boxes last year… I got box #1 and 2 last year, but skipped the 3rd. I wasn’t in love with the shower foam. It was small and didn’t last very long. Now… if it was the rituals body lotion from the first box last year.. that alone mught make me buy this box…
Same here! I bought consistently for years. The last box last year, I just couldn’t. They were getting progressively worse. Though I’m surprised the last one didn’t go on sale.
Yeah, I actually got two boxes in August (the 2nd one was $25) and skipped the winter box entirely. Too heavy on hair care products for me, I think I still have a few that I never opened.
Exactly what I was thinking. So far the hand cream and body wash are travel size. Will definitely have to see the whole box before I even consider purchasing this box.
I LOVE the Rituals foaming shower gel but I couldn’t help but notice that 50 ml is a sample size quantity. The full size is 200 ml. It’s worth about $3.75, which is still higher than the ~$2.75 per item price tag for the box (including $10 for shipping) but I struggle to see how Allue can call that a full size item. These boxes are still great deals, but Allure does tend to over-sell them a bit.
I was thinking that about the Crabtree and Evelyn hand lotion–0.9 oz is travel size. Why say it’s full size if it isn’t? Most of us have spent a fortune knowingly buying samples of products. If we want it and it’s a good deal, we buy it. I just blew $68 on a Sephora Favorites Box that I had to stock the website to catch. All the products we’re small, but it was good stuff!!!
You’re so right!!! The Crabtree & Evelyn hand cream is the travel size too…I didn’t even notice that! It’s one quarter of the true “full size” product. Hmmmm. I definitely makes me question what the rest of the products will be when a third of their teasers (the reveals that are supposed to lure us in, no less) don’t meet their full size claim (in my book anyway).
It’s still a good deal, but I’m overflowing with tiny bottles of everything as it is, I certainly don’t want to add to the pile.
Agreed! To have multiple that are not truly full size, but saying they are…not getting this box!
Maybe they are saying travel size is a full size(aka not a sample) somehow.
I skirt away from most small samples, mainly cause I am trying to cut down on things. Plus samples aren’t as easy to gift away as the full size stuff if it’s not for me 😉
