So this is a great sub as long as you don’t have any issues. If you have an issue, don’t expect to be treated well.
Received a defective makeup bag where the letter is cut off – I even sent photos at their request – So Susan Cosmetics and their customer service rep wants me to pay at my own cost and expense to ship it back! And they even expressly stated they don’t cover shipping or refund shipping.
Really hate that they are not owning up to their mistakes and handling it. There are too many subs out there to deal with this!

Got another “great” response from So Susan customer service. After they wanted me to PAY to ship back my defective bag, I asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund. They replied:
“Our makeup bags are hand sewn, not mass manufactured by a machine which is the beauty of them! So sometimes mistakes can happen and not every single piece will be the same. Of course we are really sorry that you feel you have received a defective item.
As stated on your FAQ page, our Lip Love subscriptions are non refundable. Also, we are not able to partially refund a block (6 month) subscription. You can cancel your subscription but this will be effective from the last bag in your block.”
At least LLB used to let you cancel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Yes, you should. They keep this month’s available until fairly late in the month.

I received the same offer when I signed up. I interpreted it to be you’ll get 7 months for the price of 6, not that one month you’ll get 2 bags. I’m on my 3rd month of the subscription and so far it’s been one per month.

When are you supposed to get your free bag with the promo code? I subbed last month using the code and was charged for the March bag but didn’t get any additional bags.

The free bag is a random “past” bag they pick for your 7th month. I was subscribed until February so my free bag was supposed to be in the month of March. I asked customer service whether I would receive the March bag, and they said no, a random past bag that I never received before. And they shipped it to me that same day I contacted them, and it was a bag they featured in early 2016.
