If this was at Michaels as a kit, it would be $100 and I would use my coupon to make it $50. I cannot imagine anyone paying $50-100 for this is they saw it on a shelf. Being part of a kit that will be mailed to you is not reason to exceed retail value on each item.

Heh, Rachel I was thinking the same thing! I love Michael’s, but I only ever go in when I see a 40-50% off coupon ;D

They sure know how to merchandise simple household supplies.

There are lots of tutorials online, and a trip to Walmart will net you all these supplies for far less than $50.

I agree. It is time consuming to buy the contents one by one at a store, but it would cost way less than 50.00. I noticed that you cannot use a coupon on this box?!

I have subscribed to dozens of boxes and this could also be said about some of them. Would people go and buy all of these products on a website or store for the same price without it being all packaged nicely in a box as a surprise? I think we just have to choose carefully. Some boxes are way overpriced.
