Ordered and paid for my runner’s world box on March 17th. Waited 3 weeks to receive it then finally put in a cancellation since there’s no tracking information. My account was in “unfulfilled” status (and still is). Still waiting for a refund and there is no contact information so they’re difficult to reach out to.

I ordered the Runner’s World Food Box in March. It was not scheduled to ship until April. I received it the first week of April. The regular subscription box is not scheduled to ship until May 2017. Under the Frequently Asked Question there are two contact emails: [email protected] and [email protected]. Hope this helps.

Same! I never received anything and can’t get in touch with anyone to get a refund. If you find someone to contact let me know who!!! I ended up ordering a Runnerbox instead. It shipped the next day, was cheaper and absolutely stuffed with great stuff.

Yes please review! There are a lot of fitness boxes that send out samples of food-like supplements and other substances.
I would love to see a box that focuses more on gear since I prefer my food to come from the earth.
I wrote an enquiry to the company who assured me that gear would be featured, so I’m hopefull that will be the case, despite the lack of any gear in the advertising photo!

I would pay for a box consisting entirely of Beanitos Mac n’ Cheese White Bean Crunch. Seriously. I eat those things 5 days a week at least. I have depleted the shelves at my local Whole Foods.

Yes, please review! I wish this was not being marketed as a food box because those tend to be low value, but I’ve subscribed to runner’s world for years and I’m excited about them doing a box.

I’m not sure what’s up with their shipping fees. I saw that $8 fee in the FAQ, but when I went to check out, my shipping came up as “FREE.”
