Received April today. Worst box ever for me. One more month and will cancel but really don’t want to! It’s like they knew what I can’t eat and loaded up. Oh well there were a couple of things I will use. Two boxes ago they added two really good extra full size products. Last month nothing extra and this month they added one extra a jar of lingonberry preserves which I’ll use. I don’t mind of course not getting anything extra if I like most of the things in the box. It’s all a crapshoot so not complaining. Everyone has different tastes and expectations.

I love homemade hummus. I hope this is as good. The first time i made it i couldn’t believe how good it was so I’m a little skeptical. Having said that, the other day in the store I opted for the cheapest already made, I ended up throwing it out. Sometimes it doesn’t pay to be cheap! That’s my little hummus rant which i’m not sure makes any sense.
I do love getting this box. I don’t like everything 100% and one month they sent a couple of extras full size, and the next month nothing extra and one of the items expired in two weeks which I ended up tossing.
It’s just so much fun getting this I don’t ever want to cancel.

I have to tell you my experience with Degusta Box and I haven’t even received my first box yet! I read MSA’s best of snack box review the other day and decided to subscribe to Degusta Box based on the review. I used the code that was in the review to get the first box for $9.99. About an hour ago I checked my account and noticed I was charged $19.99, full price, for my first box. I emailed their CS and explained that I used the code but was still charged full price. Within a half hour I received a very pleasant email, apologizing and telling me they were going to take off the coupon and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. EXCELLENT customer service! I can’t wait to get my first box!

Oooo, very happy to see the hummus kit, my husband will love that! Also, does anyone know if you only get the bonus item as a new subscriber? I assume so, just seems a unfair to the people paying full price to also lose out on an item. Really excited to see what’s in this month’s box

There was a big mix up about this last month…..but I would say yes, only new subscribers get the extra. I received two boxes of these shortbread cookies since my subscription started in December.
For some reason even though it wasn’t near the expiration date, the second box did not taste good to me and I did end up throwing part of them away.
I got some individually wrapped short bread cookies from Love With Food, and they were so much better. I can’t find them now on their website and don’t know the brand.

Usually the free item(s) deal is only for new subscribers. They typically have a deal so I guess they figure no one is “missing out” since most everyone gets a bonus their first month. The free items are usually items from previous boxes too. The Walkers cookies were in last month’s box. However, a couple of months ago it sounded like everyone got about 3 extra items in their monthly boxes (again, repeats from previous boxes but I enjoyed them all so I was happy)!
