I used this bonus and existing points to get a $10 Umbra photo frame for free. I just love getting a “free” package in the mail! 🙂

I did not get the email, when I went to make a purchase and use the toggle it said I only have 2 points available, but when I go to my aces page it says I’m an ace. So weird.

There’s a men’s vanilla bourbon lip balm for $4. I ordered that for free!

Talk about shady! I just placed an order for an $8 item using my points. I clicked through the ‘payments options’ and selected to apply the points. I double checked that my total did indeed say $3 before I clicked sumbit; it did. I just got a confirmation email showing they charged me $8. I checked my cc, and yup, they charged me the full amount.

I decided to get the Good as Gold LE Box, but I didn’t get the Aces-only 40% off even though the order page and receipt clearly state 40. I got 30% off instead, which is still good, but it bothers me a bit. I wrote to the customer service, hoping they can refund me the difference.

I’m glad you posted this because I did the same thing and didn’t even realize their math was wrong because it stated I was getting 40% off. But I went back and checked and they only took off 30%. Now I’m off see if they will fix it.

Good for you. They’ve been behaving super-shady lately. Don’t let them get away with it.

I’m not a current subscriber, but I’m still listed as an Ace in my account. However, I’m not seeing the 50 points there. Anyone else having that problem or know why those points might not be there? Maybe it’s for current subscribers only.

I no longer subscribe and am still an ACE. I did not receive the notification nor do I see the extra points in my account. Annoying.

You have to go into payment and hit the little toggle to use the 50 points. I am no longer a subscriber and probably should not be considered an Ace anymore but still am for some reason. I had a hard time finding the points in my account.

No – I canceled my sub months ago, and I still got the email and used those points.

If there’s anyone else out there not looking to make a purchase, you can get a Pura Vida bracelet for the price of sales tax or one of two Leaders sheet masks for free.

You have to go into payment (as if you’re changing your card) while you’re checking out and hit the little toggle to use the points. It was hard to find.

I understand now. An Ace Member at Birchbox is what that has earned 400 Birchbox Points within a calendar year. Since I have not earned 400 points in the prior or current calendar year, I am not eligible to receive the additional 50 points.

I aske what a Birchbox Ace is. I am a monthly beta member for the Birchbox subscription and looked at my points and did not see an additional 50 points added. Am I missing something?

What is an Ace Member for Birchbox? I am part of their Beta program, but I did not see 50 points added to my account.
Thanks!

That’s what I got, too. That’s what I always get when they do those 50 points things. I use facial wipes every night before bed, and otherwise I don’t need to add to my stash! I have more sheet masks than I know what to do with.
