I tried earlier before all these comments were posted and it said it was full and I tried again just now and it still says full. It wouldn’t let me reactivate my old account or start a new account. I don’t understand how some are getting in and some aren’t.

Just signed up, but it shows me the contents of my January box. Wonder if they’re sending me both January’s and February’s box?

I don’t think so. I signed up 1/1 and expected to have the January box but never got it. CS confirmed a couple days ago that my first box would be February. I really wanted January but I will be okay, given the ridiculous amount of products I have.

The fact that the waitlist opens multiple times a month might indicate more ppl are canceling and haven’t been happy with their boxes. I’ve gotten two so far and have not been happy. This is the last month I’m trying to see if the sub is worth keeping or not. I currently get allure, birchbox, luxe pineapple post, and am waitlisted for boxycharm. Play I have been the least satisfied with. Let’s see if they save themselves w the feb box.

Nope. Logged in and said unavailable.
Opened a NEW browser and went to play website without logging in…. And SUDDENLY it’s available?
But when I logged in and went through check out – at the VERY END it tells me that the sku is out stock now… 30 seconds after it’s avail.
Seriously. This is the THIRD time that this exact scenario has happened in the last 2 weeks. Should I just give up?

Whoa. UPDATE:
I saw that someone else was able to subscribe using paypal.
Opened a NEW browser again and did NOT log in. It showed avail again 🙂
This time when I went to checkout, signed in, I used PayPal – and what do you know, it went through! NO IDEA what the correlation between subscribing with PayPal would possibly be, but there you have it.
So weird. Maybe this crazy story will help someone else struggling with the same issue! Good Luck 🙂

I signed up in December and the same thing happened to me. It took at least 10 tries in one day. Sometimes it would show as not available, sometimes I could add it to my cart but by the time I got through checkout it said it was no longer available. It finally went through on my very last chance…I had actually already said “oh well” but then was sitting around and found myself on the Sephora website and just decided to give it one more shot. So frustrating. And I said then that it better be worth it!!! LOL.

Thanks, I got in! 1st I couldn’t remember my Sephora password, then I couldn’t get into PayPal, lol. The way it closes so fast I didn’t think I’d get in. I hope I like it, we’ll see! I’m down to only Sephora and Ipsy now.
Oh and 3 months of Julep. I paused Allure and Popsugar expired. Maybe there will be some great deal for me on Galentine’s Day!
