The only thing I like is the mauve patterned Puella top, but since it’s a surprise item, it’s not worth it.

What happened to Golden Tote? When they first started they had cute items with great accessories. These items are terrible! Who wants to wear those Holly Hobby flowers on everything? This took me back to when I was a kid. Golden Tote needs to do better, I haven’t purchased a tote from them for over a year for this reason. I want to look grown up in my clothes not bland and frumpy!

The author of this article indicated those items were “chosen items”, meaning she picked them out and asked for them! So this is someone’s clothing style, not Golden Tote’s choice!😳

Stephanie, the “chosen” items from Golden Tote means that they’re items you can select to be the items you know will be in your Tote order. The way GT works is you choose 1-2 items from their monthly collection (depending on your size tote) and then you get surprised with the rest of the items from their secret inventory. So, to clarify, Liz (the author) didn’t pick these items – these items are previews of what GT has curated as their monthly collection for February that anyone can choose from to have in their totes. Hope that helps clear some things up!

This collection reads so 90’s to me. If I wear these pieces I’ll feel like I’m 13 again.

I know I was thinking like wow this stuff is SO outdated! But honestly I feel like their clothes are quite simple & bland but that’s just me I’m a bit edgier!

Absolutely right! I’m seriously needing a substitute for GT. I need edge in my life. If only I could have picked up a Happy Rebel mystery tote before they sold out! 🙁

A lot of their stuff the last several months has been very 90’s. Most of this looks like stuff my grandmother would wear. I don’t understand the big grandma flowers that seem to be in right now.

The only things that look interesting to me are the two jackets.

I love the denim jacket, the black striped dress, the denim skirt and most definitely the camo hoodie. So cute!
