I gifted a 6 month subscription, but didn’t see anything about the extra month on the invoice or website. Hopefully they will get it! I always live their snack boxes. Great value, and delicious treats!

That’s a cute idea and I’m doing something similar for my mom and grandfather but with different boxes. I haven’t tried Yummy Bazaar, but I did just get a Try the World Package. I will say that I was surprised how Small the items were for a box that’s supposed to be $40. I got in on the Black Friday buy 1 get 2 free deal, so I received three boxes. To give you an idea of size: one of the boxes was 7″ x 10.5″ and the other two boxes were 7″ x 7″.

I *almost* did that deal, but the bf wasn’t quite sure he wanted to do that at the time! I thought it seemed like a pretty good deal.

I watched an unboxing video and the packaging just looks so cute and fun.

Can anyone who subscribes to Yummy Bazaar give me their thoughts on it? I have been thinking of doing this or Try the World for my significant other’s grandparents as a Christmas gift. They are the coolest, most world-traveling grandparents ever! I figured one of these boxes would be a fun nod to their travels and be something to keep that excitement flowing when they are at home in between trips.

I saw that Yummy Bazaar has a build your own basket option, which I think is super cool, but we just can’t seem to make a decision and time is definitely running out since they live in another state!

Any help/opinions would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Hi,
I have subscribed to the full Yummy box for about a year now and have never been disappointed. Great customer service, each box is well packed and right on schedule. Value is always much greater than cost of box. Yummy Bazaar is one of my favorite boxes and appreciate that I can find items in their shop to purchase after discovering in the monthly box.

Thanks! 🙂 We ended up doing a 3 month sub of the Sampler box. I already used the customer service chat on the website and my representative was awesome. I am so excited to see what they think of this gift!

(We also sent a GlobeIn box to go with the world theme and balance out the gift!)

I love Yummy Bazaar. I get the sampler box and it’s easily my favorite subscription. The value is really incredible. So far there’s been one full-sized item in every box. November it was a big bag of little bruschetta toasts, perfect for entertaining or just snacking.

For reference, I get Graze as well, but I’ve been thinking of canceling it because Yummy Bazaar is way better for $2 less per month. Graze has fun snacks, but for me there’s nothing as exciting as something I’ve never tried before!

Their customer service is amazing too. I had an issue my first month where an ingredient I can’t eat was missing from the info card, but listed on the snack itself. Within an hour they replied to my email with a very apologetic note and a $10 credit for future purchases.

Honestly I think the sampler box is really the perfect treat for someone who likes food, especially if they love to travel. Usually there are some things that aren’t too adventurous, but still fun, like fancy chocolate, to balance out things like seaweed snacks that are a bit more “out there”. The sample sizes are perfect for a snack, and everything I’ve gotten so far has been really delicious and something I couldn’t really find any other way.

Hope that helps! I think a 6 month subscription would be an awesome gift if you’re considering it. I haven’t tried Try the World, but from what I’ve seen I think the value is definitely better with Yummy Bazaar.

Costco.com has a e-gift card for graze that works out to $9 a box. You don’t have to be a costco member to buy it. And the gift card works for new customers or existing customers. It’s $89.99 for 10 graze boxes of 8 snacks. I bought it but found that it takes me over a month to go through 8 snacks so this will last me a year.

Hi Sarah! Thanks so much for taking the time to write this message! I really appreciate your feedback (and always love hearing about great customer service). I think the bf is leaning toward Yummy Bazaar too. We are also thinking about maybe doing one box of YB and another box of GlobeIn, for variety.

I forgot to ask this in my first comment, but I wonder if they provide any info cards for the Build Your Own option? I would imagine that the answer is no because it would be really time-consuming to do that for every individual personalized request. (But it sure would be awesome for the holidays!)

Thanks again, and Happy Holidays to you and yours! 🙂
