Oh Good… I just checked and was going to subscribe and it said they are full again! I’m very disappointed in them. I have been on the waiting list for about 3 months now and never got an email. I spend mad money at that place. I’m so confused…..

I resubscribed last week and cancelled again. I called Sephora about 2 dozen times within the week the calls kept going to a call center that kept speaking in two languages. Never got a straight answer. Bad customer service.

After a year i decided to cancel because i felt like their samples were way too small. You can get the same samples at the store. It’s unfortunate because i love sephora and really wanted to love this subscription too but i just don’t see the value to it. I decided to sign up again to allure because they had a black Friday sale on their subscription.

I keep debating on cancelling this one. The samples are pretty small, tiny even. Their CS doesn’t make me want to support them either. I’ve had 2 months of defective products and they only give me 100 points per item and don’t replace them. I’d much rather have the items replaced! November it was TWO samples EMPTY. So I paid for 3 samples and the perfume vial. Not happy with them at all.

They are deluxe size samples and if you get them in store, they cost 100 points. The tiny samples or foil samples are free but the deluxe last a while in most cases. I find it’s worth it for $10 because you also get 60 points each month (10 for your purchase and 50 bonus points)

Ugh. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to subscribe anyways, but this is just making me so frustrated it’s not helping to convince me. Half the time the page makes it seem unavailable, the other half you are able to add a subscription to your bag but when you go through the process of checking out, at the very end it tells you the “item is out of stock.” Oh well….

I’m IN LOVE with my December box spoilers online! They are perfect for me!

Anna

What spoilers? What’s in your bag?

Marissa

Sorry 🙁 Apparently I’m in love with december 2015….But I saw someone say we are getting a non-sephora brand red lipstick (which makes me think the other poster is right about nars since they love to give those out). I would love another waterproof eyeliner! lol

Linda

I saw some for red nars lip pencil (tje one they often give) clinic cleaning balm, flower bomb perfume? Some too faced blush (that makes me think the spoilers could be fake) and 1 more thing i cant remember…sorry

I ran… and it was closed.

I’ve been on waitlist for a while with no word.

Ran back and it was open… but when I hit to subscribe, it came back as out of stock.

I checked out quickly so that was weird.
