If they know they are going to have a 1-6 month wait list because they need to keep member numbers reasonably low, why are they encouraging everyone to sign up in December and lock in a price?

SPOILER IN THIS POST. I wanted this sub so bad I was ready to order then the first spoiler diffuser came out and I held back and then after the second spoiler I was so disappointed. That bracelet is not something I want in a luxe box. Plus it’s a repeat item. I’m just so glad they released that as a spoiler. I’m surprised they would think that bracelet would draw customers and would be an incentive for existing customers to stay. Then again, maybe it’s just me. 🙁

I was ready to cancel and stayed on for January just for that bracelet. The bracelets are hugely popular and almost impossible to swap for.

They’ve gotten wise to the fact that people keep cancelling and resubbing each month with the 20-30% promos they run for new subs. Can’t say I blame them honestly.

I fell for this hype last year and the price increase was only $4. I’m still subscribed, so the marketing obviously worked.

Yeah what is the price increase? This is pretty ridiculous to not say how much more expensive it will be while trying to convince ppl to sign up now.

It previously was my favorite box.. But the last one was the worst. I did start wearing the socks and do love them.. Gave in and tried out the nail polish-which is good.. But these items are not what I expect from my favorite box. My candles- actually turned out to be amazing!!

yeah I have had problems with breakage with this box too, which is a pain; for the price they should be able to package things well. I swithed to oui please- will see how that goes
