I just received mine within a week of ordering it…and I thought I was going to be able to gift some of the items. There was no packaging material at all, and the bath oil bottle has a crack in it and leaked all over everything.
I sent a photo to PS customer service, but they never get back to you.
Does anyone have a phone number for their customer service? Or am I supposed to contact RueLaLa?
I know that there are worse things that could happen, but I am still disappointed.

The same exact thing happened to me. I returned from vacation today and opened it to find absolutely *no* protective packaging material whatsoever. Everything was damaged – boxes crushed and misshapen so I cannot gift them. I am so disappointed. Even the makeup cloth plastic box was ripped (??) – it’s like they threw in the items they had damaged in stock as I can’t see how that could have happened in the box. Oil leaked. A mess.
I just wrote to them and hope to hear back soon. I had unsubscribed from PopSugar over the summer and this was my toe in the water test. Hugely disappointed.

Just got my shipping notification and noticed they sent my box by fedex ground. Yay! I was worried about it not being here in time since they usually use fedex smart post, but not any more 🙂

Has anyone else received an email without a clear voucher code?

My confirmation code wasn’t working so I called up customer service. You have to add the subscription package you ordered to your shopping cart along with the glamour box. Enter the code in the “promo” code box.

My voucher code came in a separate email about ten minutes after I placed the order. It was at the top after “confirmation.”

Finally decided and order the glamour box plus one subscription box, can I wait until January?? I already have the december box and I really don’t want double items from this box.
It was an awesome deal since I add some Pandora charms, and normally I should pay $10 more for shipping charges, but don’t know why, they didn’t charge shipping!!!!! 😱👍 now I wish I would add some more Pandora.

No 😭 I’m trying to buy one Pandora and now my order is charging the 9.95 shipping, but if I add the popsugar box, shipping again is free.

I am so sad – I wish I read this thread before. I used my voucher code today and expected to start my 3-month with January. Unfortunately it’s starting in December and they won’t change or pause it. I wrote to customer service but they’re firm – no changes. It’s this reason why I stopped subscribing last spring. This makes me appreciate flexible boxes where you can pause like Globein. This is ridiculous – I am getting duplicate bracelets and umbrellas I don’t need after Christmas and they don’t have any sympathy. Bad customer service.

I too am waiting until January, I do NOT want another December box, I already have 2 of them due to the free box with the Limited Box purchase! Liz do you know if we will get the same box if we do this?

It says that the voucher is good until March, so I’m assuming they will have to hold onto the boxes until then for people who validate later. I also don’t want another December box, and will be holding on until January!

I can’t belive what popsugar is doing!!! Now that I finally in ready to redeem my voucher from ruelala, popsugar boxes are soldout UNTIL MARCH!!!!!! I want a cry!!! Really want the January box, also think this is really unfair and… MEAN action from popsugar.
