Are you sure it was the whole box? I got an email saying it was shipping BUT it says welcome pack under Items and Details and when I check the status on the Erin Condren website it says “Gift Box Pending”. What the what?

I am in the same boat you are in! I received 3 (!) “Box Status – Ready to Ship!” emails and two of them are saying my Welcome Pack has shipped and the third one says that my Seasonal Box has shipped. The only problem is that, the Seasonal Box email has a tracking number of N/A and only one of the Welcome Pack tracking numbers actually has a delivery date of Thursday (the other Welcome Pack has a different tracking number but hasn’t shipped) So I am very confused by it all. Am I just getting a Welcome Pack and no Seasonal Box or is the Welcome Pack the Seasonal Box? I guess I will see on Thursday! The suspense is driving me crazy!

I only ordered one item, this box, so I believe that’s what they are sending. Tracking shows it will be here this Friday. I guess I’ll find out then.

I do appreciate being charged this far ahead of shipping. They should not charge until they are ready to ship. Second they advertise we will be able to use for our January planning. If we don’t get it till almost the end of January what is the point?

Hey ladies. I used a desktop and signed up. The $10 discount code was emailed to me so I added the surprise box to my cart and used the coupon code at checkout and it worked. Hope that helps someone!

Site doesn’t work on an iPad either. If they are reading this they really should make sure their website is for mobile devices and iOS. That’s potentially a lot of customers lost.

I love Erin Condren and have way too much stuff from them but ordered 2 anyway! And it was free shipping to Canada too (as long as you don’t add additional items) which they NEVER do even when they have shipping promos for the US.
