  1. So, at this point am I still likely to get the November box if I used this deal? I currently have a sub so I already got November.

  2. Subcribed today. It looks better than Birchbox and Play by Sephora. Canceled Play by Sephora. I canceled Birchbox again. I’ve had problems with Birchbox and I’ve resubcribed with them again yesterday and then I canceled. Only wanted 1 box. With play by Sephora I only used a couple of the samples and gave the rest away. 10 dollars for a 15 box for 6 months great deal. Hope I like allure

  6. I was billed once for November but have yet to receive my box. So I contacted customer service, their solution was to bill me again. No emails or explanations!!! No tracking info on the double billing issue. They are the worst.

  7. Be careful with this sub. I had double billing issues and received boxes with half of the items. Customer Service tells me over and over they are fixing these things but they never do.

  8. I signed up again, but I don’t mind if I get November. I like those mini Bvlgari perfumes and Seche polish.

  9. It’s all your fault. I’ve looked at these reviews for months and always said it wasn’t worth it to go over my self imposed $10 maximum. But of course y’all do a $10/month for six months ๐Ÿ˜‚ I blame you!

I am a current subscriber and am reluctant to “rock the boat” by unsubbing and then resubbing – I don’t want to miss any boxes, which is a real possibility of having to wait for the next “available” box if/when the flood gates open with so many other people getting in on the deal. I know $30 is a good bit of money, but am willing to forgo that to keep on keeping on, as the saying goes. Great information, though!

    • Agreed. I decided to move forward with my established monthly sub and not jump at this offer.

      It’s great that we’re being offered the deal. Kuddos & thanks to MSA – I just don’t have faith that Allure’s CS can get it right. And best case, since it starts with the Nov box (which I’ve already paid for and received), it’s like I’m only getting one box free.

      If I were a new or re-sub, I’d go for it. For me, not worth taking a chance.

  12. Nope nope nope…finally purged them a while back and while it’s a good deal I also foresee a huge headache. I’ve gotten so many great deals here with wonderful companies that go off without a hitch that I’m just not willing to deal with their incompetence. Too bad too…I think they have potential to be one of the greats but no matter how much time goes by to get their act together it doesnt seem to improve and in some cases it downright fails!
    Happy for those of you that this works for but for me…..I’m gonna snag some other deals!

  13. I discontinued my current account and then resubscribed (using the same email address) with Liz’s link. I got a welcome email (though it had the same “Monthly Auto Renewing Subscription $15” text that Bam mentions above), so hopefully all will be well. I don’t care if I get November’s box again as I liked both versions quite a bit. This is a great deal if it goes smoothly, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

  14. I wasn’t able to cancel online so I called them and canceled my account right away at (800)274-1603. They did it right away without any questions and resigned up online (tho with a different email but one I’ve used before with them).

    • I called (800)274-1603 and spoke to Chris. He was great. Cancelled my old subscription and signed me up for the new deal.
      Saved me $30 over the next 6 months!

      • Glad some people had pleasant experience cancelling via customer service on phone! I got this snobby guy (probably irked he couldn’t get off early for holiday weekend!), saying this offer only good for new subscribers and making me feel guilty as “cheater” in regards to going in on this promo. Nevertheless, canceled my current subscription and re-subbed. Bah!

  17. I’ve had so many problems with missing items and cs but for 10 a month I’m willing to take the chance again. Do not I say do not combine subs like a regular one and gift one. Or make 2 account with same address. I’ve never had a prblem with any other cs not glossy. Glossy omg their cs is freaking the best. Sephora and birchbox are the best too. I always give cs2 chances meaning 2 different people to help me. And allure fails miserbly so beware if you sub. Some people get great cs some never get items or good cs. Omg the next month im going to be overflowed with boxes

    • Funny how we all have different experiences. I find Glossy to have some of the worst CS sround. Been trying to get a very simple issue resolved for 8 months now and they just won’t help. Argh…

      • I have found Glossy’s CS to be nonexistent. I keep getting damaged items that are never replaced, no matter how often I complain.

  19. Am I the only one SUPER nervous about this messing up their account. After some of the issues ive had with them I’m really hoping I get Decembers box lol. I canceled my main account and started a new one with a new email but it’s not letting me log in with my new account info. I tried chatting and the lady essentially said that if I just did it, it wont show in their system. ugh

    • I had the same problem. It keeps bring me to my old account. I have already been charged so we Will definitely be getting novembers box first. Then we’ll be charged at the beginning of december for the december box.

    • Yeah, I’m already regretting it! I’ve been a subscriber for 2 years without a hitch. Now I’ve got one discontinued acct and one new acct, neither of which I can access. And it starts with the Nov box? Ugh. Not only was that my least fave Allure box ever, but the duplicate essentially cuts the savings down to $15, just one measly box for what is already provino to be a hassle. Wish I would’ve thought this through better….

  21. Update: They already charged my card so it’s likely I’ll get another November box, which I don’t mind. What’s weird is that, with this deal, I wasn’t charged tax. Whereas with the regular price, I was taxed $1.63 every month in addition to the $15. Odd.

    • You might see another charge for $10 plus tax while it processes and then the $10 charge will just disappear. I don’t know why they just don’t figure it out up front. I would be ok with another November to get Box 1 ๐Ÿ™‚

    • They’ll charge your card that amount and you may not get a box til a month or 2 later depends on their availability. Like when we first signed up I was charged in May got July box lol

        • Yes, you would need to cancel and re-sub with a new account. Your first box will be the November box. Hope that helps.

    • Was told it is the November box until they run out. I kept my same account and email, just used MSA’s sale link to subscribe.

    • My email says $15 a month as well and it said the coupon took off $5 for the first month; not the first 6 months. I hope it doesn’t start charging me $15 after my first month.

  24. I just cancelled my subscription and I’m not sure that I’m going to sign up again. I’m so annoyed that the nail polish leaked in my last box. The strangest part was that it turned into rubber so it didn’t stain everything, it created rubbery, stinky balls of plastic. I am drowning in skincare samples!

    • Mine too!!! Don’t forget the rubbery, stinky balls are also RED, and I do mean red! I haven’t decided if I am going to ask for a replacement or not….I would probably never use it anyway….๐Ÿ™„

    Will this deal be available long enough for it to start with December?

    I hated the November spoilers so I set my account to skip November. But they sent it to me anyway! I’m pretty accord about that so the last thing I want is a second one of those boxes.

    • Me too! I canceled my old account and started a new one. However when i try to login with my new email it says it doesn’t exsist and keeps trying to go to the old account. I will have to contact allure directly to cancel in six months.

      • I had the same issue with the new account not showing up. I did an online chat with a rep and she said it takes 24-48 hrs for the new account to post to the website.

  33. Resubbed after canceling last month. I hope I don’t get the November box as my first box, at least not the one with nail polish, if it’s box 1 I will be okay with it. I think if you subscribe at the end of the month it should be obvious you want the next box and not the previous one.
