I signed up for this deal and got my November box today. I emailed them since I just got the one box. Just FYI for anyone else, the bonus box is shipped separately and should be delivered by Nov. 21.

I bought as an old subscriber who hadn’t subscribed for over a year. I made a big purchase with the 4th of July sale this summer. When I checked out, I was also offered an extra box for $7.50. I figured, why not? So I am getting 3 boxes total for $16! 🙂
