Thanks, Liz! I purchased the two CEW boxes and they are my first CEW boxes! I really liked the Shiseido eye cream and Jurique and Origins products are new to me. The discount came to be $5 off from $33 first, then 30% off from $28. It didn’t take my code the first time, so I had to try it again. I use micellar water regularly, sleeping mask time to time and the chapstick is great, so almost everything will be used!
Slightly off the topic, but did anyone receive shipping notification when you ordered mystery box deal? I got my husband a shaving cream to get the deal on 10/6 and it is still in “processing” mode. I am wondering they BB received an overwhelming orders…

How do I get free shipping??

Birchbox Aces automatically get free shipping with any purchase. If you’re not an Ace, you can get free shipping on a $50+ purchase, and it’s based on the pre-discount amount. My suggestion would be to add the two boxes, the mystery pack, and a $7 item to get up to $50. Using the CEW2016 promo code, your total should be $27 + tax. Otherwise, you would pay $19.60 + $5 shipping = $24.60. I would rather pay a few dollars more to get another item plus the mystery pack!

Thanks for the recommendation, Terry! I just got the two CEW boxes, the mystery pack, and a $10 item for $30. Didn’t realize the mystery pack could count towards free shipping AND still get it for free. Good to know! I’m a Birchbox newbie 🙂

I took advantage of this even though I have already purchased both boxes prior, I also grabbed the Klorane soothe 3 piece travel set for $19.50. All three items were 30% off, I got the CEW2016 $5 off and added a $10 mystery sample pack and used my $5.40 in points to pay ~$27.00 for all these items shipped to my door. Not a bad deal if I say so myself, thank you Liz for the heads up!
