  1. I purchase the Gudetama peeling gel and facial oil at CVS online during a sale last year and still use both of the products. If you need refills you might check out CVS when they have 30% off coupons.

  3. I just ordered two. If you order be sure to get the free mask with any purchase. When you go on their site scroll down a little and it’s the first item on the first row of products for sale. Besides that you can get the 10% off coupon code, and free priority shipping if you spend $50. If you pick the free standard shipping instead of priority you get extra meme points. All in all I paid less than $1.40 an item so I’m happy.

  4. I would totally order the Halloween box if it shipped out now in time for me to have it by Oct. 1st. If the projected shipping date is not until 10/6, it will not arrive until mid-Oct at best, giving me only a couple of weeks to use before Halloween. I was looking forward to pampering my skin and scaring my family at the same time with the cute monster sheet masks!

  5. I just purchased the Gudetama box. My daughter is obsessed with anything that has a cute egg on it. I have never ordered from meme box so I hope everything goes well. I also chose the standard free shipping over the 2-4 day shipping because you receive 40 extra meme points. If this turns out well I will definitely repurchase things from them again.

  7. I’ve ordered from Memebox twice since they moved to their new warehouse and both orders were correct and delivered in a timely manner (one order was multiple products that I purchased individually and the other was the Ariul box).

  8. These look mighty tempting, but I’m trying to be good and pace myself with the curated Memeboxes. I love their curated boxes! They’re such a good deal, and always include a great variety of brands & products with little to no overlap of products. Recently they’ve come out with a ton of new boxes, which I would have purchased right away, but with their new points changes a few months ago, I noticed they always send out new coupons or deals at the beginning of everything month. I already used up my September deals (they always burn a hole in my pocket), so I’ll wait to see what October deals come my way.

    I’m also sorry to hear that some people are experiencing CS/shipping issues with Memebox. I really hope everything works out soon!

  9. Try contacting them on the mobile number provided on their website I sent them a message around seven ( working hours were till 6 PM )and I got a prompt reply and my issue (a refund ) was solved within the hour so I’m guessing …that’s probably the way to get to them

  10. Just so others know, I’ve placed 2 orders this month and both are missing half of what I am supposed to receive. No receipt inside the boxes, no explanation. I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 weeks, but so far I haven’t gotten any response for either order. I’m the kind of person who is usually very laid back, but I’m becoming a little worried…

    • I’m glad I just read this. I was considering ordering both, but I just went through living hell in a similar situation with Birchbox over a shop order. I am disgusted by companies that do not reply to customers in a prompt manner, though they were very prompt in taking my money! OK, rant over, Thanks for the heads up.

      • I’ve ordered from them many many times and have had great experiences. The one time I received something other than what I ordered I emailed them with a photo and they quickly sent the correct item and let me keep the wrong item as well.

        • Sorry if I sounded like the biggest complainer … Like you said, I had not had major issues with them in my 2-year relationship with them until very recently. It’s just a bit frustrating that they are not even getting back to me for more than a week.

          • No, I just don’t want people frightened off by thinking that they are a bad company and wanted to offer a second perspective. Sorry you’re having an issue but I trust that they will make it right. I love their currated boxes and am so glad to see Liz featuring them.

    • There have been some comments on their Instagram page about issues. I know they just moved into a new warehouse space. Apparently they have had some issues since the move & are backed up. They claim to be catching up.

      • Thanks for the info! Nothing personal against you, but I wouldn’t have known that because I don’t check their Instagram, and no one told me anything. I’d say, Finish shipping what I ordered in August before releasing new boxes please! ?

    • Update: once I got a hold of customer service, it went fairly smooth – I got 2 boxes I was missing via priority shipping, and the other 2 products were out of stock, so I was refunded for them. It took a while, but but they made it right!
