This website is the worst. The search doesn’t work and everything about it drives me nuts. I tried and wanted the hair dryer, but I’ll stick to ulta and sephora. They are WAY more user friendly.

I’ve had the same issues. As well as now having to pay for shipping. I’ve contacted CS. We will see if they respond. I want to give them my money but the website always makes it so difficult.
