What is a “SEGA Genesis USB Hub”? Is it an actual SEGA game system or something else?

  I’m guessing it’s just a jump drive shaped like a SEGA, but I could be wrong.

    Yes – I’m assuming it’s a hub for 3+ USB inputs that can plug into a single USB port on your computer that will look like a little Genesis system.
