I’m getting really angry. I was charged the full $20 for my first box instead of the $5 even though it clearly said that the $5 box was in my cart. I should have listened to my gut when I looked at the total and saw $20 but I figure it was just showing me my monthly costs after the $5. I opened up at chat at 7pm last night and no one responded. It says they are open M-F 9am to midnight. I just want to cancel the whole thing now because it seems like customer service will be an issue in the future.

Liz- do you list Buckles as small or medium? My sister has a dog about Buckles size (I swear they are close to twins) want to set up a gift sub for her and wondering what size to put down.

i love Barkbox. Even if my dogs destroy the toys in less than 30 minutes, it’s the happiest 30 minutes of their lives until the next toy comes along! Haha. The toys are always so cute!
