when i first checked, it was sold out. so i kept checking and finally scored the “soda” box at 5am! persistence pays off?
as for the other boxes, i got the energy drink sampler and the syrup sampler. i was able to use the credit for the energy drink box, no issues. haven’t tried using the credit from the syrup yet. just mentioning it since people have commented about having problems with using the credits. you can only use the credits for certain things. for example, the energy drink credit, i used it for the coffee, but i could only get either the unsweetened or sweetened no cream. the one in the box, i loved, and was sweetened with cream. you;d think credit could be used for that since it was in the box as a sample… but no.

I bought the pet sample box. The credits were only applying towards dog food, not treats, and I didn’t want food. I emailed Amazon and got a canned response. I emailed again saying I wanted a refund for the original cost of the box, and one was processed… Surprised me. I don’t think I’ll try any more of these boxes.

I have not had a problem redeeming any of my credits, luckily. On this soda box, I actually got it for free from a previous credit promotion that i had. So I got this for “actual” free and then I will also receive the $4.99 promo credit in a week. Score!

Soda not working correctly I immediately clicked the link and it said it was sold out I’m wondering if it wasn’t active. I had issues getting my correct credit w/ the hair care sample box, but the snack box worked fine earlier in the year.

A warning on redeeming your Amazon sample box credits:
*I purchased the previous sample boxes. Somehow my “Protein Shake” credit applied to my “Protein Bar” purchase (as well as part of the “Protein Bar” credit).
–so, I wasn’t able to use the protein shake credit on actual protein shake products
**My first Amoretti syrup purchase never got the credit applied, even though the product I chose was in the “Select from an item below to redeem credit” section.
I had to email customer service twice, each time creating a new ticket. The first CS rep didn’t understand my query. The second rep answered one question, but didn’t address the credit mix-up. Also since Amazon doesn’t actually list the credits you have available in your profile, I had to ask the CS rep for that. These may not be worth the hassle unless it’s something you really want.

Has anyone else had problems with these sample boxes? All of my previous box credits were received and applied without any trouble, but my last two (the Amoretti syrup and dog food/treats) failed to apply. I contacted Amazon customer service and received a response requesting more information. I have since supplied that information multiple times, and they have failed to apply the credits to my purchases. Just wondering if this is unique to me or a widespread phenomenon!

I actually just got off chat with an Amazon rep about the dog food and treats sampler box I purchased in July. I wanted to redeem the credit on an applicable bag of treats that were $9.99, but the promotion would not apply. The rep said it was glitching and that he was going to send an e-mail to the Marketing and Promotions team about it and that they will credit me within 2 business days. He made me place the order before he did that. I really hope I hear back. In my experience, I never hear back from Amazon when they say they will get back to me. I probably won’t do these boxes again, too much hassle and not worth the time for $10. Most people seem to rave about Amazon customer service, but I can never get anything done on first contact and it’s infuriating.

I couldn’t get the dog treats promo to apply for anything I tried except the $8.99 pedigree wet dog food. Lost $1 in credit but my dog loves that stuff and I didn’t pay anything for it. I’ve had other trouble with these credits, such as they list add on items in the redemption lists, those can’t be added to orders less than $25 etc. The whole thing is tricky. I also haven’t gotten the $1 no rush shipping credits to work.

I didn’t try to use the credit yet, but now I’m worried. Hope it works. My dog is currently in a limited ingredient diet, so we’re waiting until we can buy him new treats.

I did the snack box, protein bar, and Amoretti boxes; the protein bar and Amoretti credits worked fine but I never got the snack box credits. I livechatted them and they just credited me $5 to my account (better than the snack box credit because there’s no expiration or restrictions).
