My last couple bags were pretty crappy, but I am happy this month

This month I’m getting:

*Delectable by Cake Beauty Everything Balm (I hear it smells amazing!)

*Hey Honey 24seven moisture cream
*Seraphine Botanical Happy Hibiscus Blush

Overall I’m pretty excited to try everything out! I kinda wanted theBalm eyeshadows because I’ve never tried the brand, the colors are really pretty, and I’ve already got dupes for both of the UD shades:) I actually have 3 colors similar to Lounge so I want Fireball, but I know i’ll use either.
I needed a moisturizer and I’ve always wanted to try the brand so I’m stoked on the Hey Honey as well.
The blush looks like an interesting color and it says on the website that it has “color shifting pigments” so im not sure what color it will be in real life.
I’m pretty open to all makeup products and I like trying new things and weird colors so I’m usually never let down by ipsy. The only thing that I’ve been disappointed in is receiving products I already own, but even that’s not a complaint because at least I’ve got more product (or 2 brushes). Lol.

SOOO overall a couple things im excited to try and other things i will probably use eventually. Don’t really know how the whole swap thing works so i usually just keep or giveaway whatever i get. The only thing i think i really wont use is the beach spray, my hair is very fine and i feel like these always just make my hair look crunchy and dirty rather than soft and tousled.

I’m excited to get the UD eyeshadow and concealer. I’m always looking for a great concealer but I don’t know anything about that brand.

Signed up again last month after several months off to get the palette and was pleased enough to go another month. (I stick with the inexpensive boxes and if you get decent stuff it is worth it and a great lift.) I was afraid I would get the Balm eye shadow, but I am pleasantly surprised to be getting the UD shadow, along with a patchology mask, Radial stem cell cleanser, Seraphine botanicals blush and Doucce mascara. I’m pleased.

Hi, This is my second Ipsy – I checked my reveal and wanted to know if, for the products that have two colour options, the colour shown on the reveal page is the one to be recieved or is it still an either or even though the box has been revealed?

In my last box I got mainly skin care items so there were no either or colour options.

So far I have an eyeliner (really, really, really hoping for black and not the gold shade that’s the other option), a lip gloss that might be a bright fuschia, an Urban Decay eyeshadow in a copper tone, the coffee scrub and the Boo Boo cover-up in a very light shade. This is why I’m asking about the options displayed on the reveal page — I have brown skin – the very light shade I’m seeing in my reveal is not going to work. I noticed that there is a darker shade but thats not the one shown for me.

I like the value of Ipsy so far – haven’t been wowed yet but it’s a great sub and I’ll be keeping it. Just need to tweak it so I’ll get things that suit my profile and skintone.

-Peter Lamas youth revival 5 oil hair mask
-urban decay eyeshadow in urban or lounge
-rodiol stem cell cleansing cream
-be a bombshell pout potion in “famous” or “secret”

Overall, better than last month but I’m still not thrilled since I don’t want lip products and get them every single month, and usually in hot pink. So hopefully I get the “secret” shade. sigh.

I love my June glam bag it’s perfect.

Very bummed on my ipsy bag, I know it’s a g amble so oh well but I freaking hate nail polish and after having 2 good months I guess it was time to get an entire bag I hate. Hoping I like the balm eyeshadow eventhough I was really hoping for urban decay shadows. No more nail polish I hate getting polish and of course it’s teal.

Does anyone have sporty as one of their style selections? Just wondering what that churns out…

I am getting the EXACT same products as Liz! i am NOT happy about the hair or nail products! i, too, wish they would pay more attention to our beauty profile and preferences! really wish i would have gotten a lip product or concealer!
