I’m still waiting on the May box, I got a bad feeling about this sub. I read some heinous reviews about their customer service. I sent an email, no response. It would be nice if companies got “blacklisted” from MSA for bad business practices or continuous late/no ship of subs. I wish I had done more research before I jumped on the coupon US launch. Regrets….big time.

This company is ridiculously hard to cancel with. I contacted them about my april box as it was may and still had not received it. The response they sent me was that they were shipping Mays out in the next few days and didn’t even address my issue with the april box. When I replied back to tell them I just wanted to cancel the sub for the may box, they said that they had already reserved my box for the month and even though they hadn’t shipped it there was no way that they could cancel my sub. When I replied back again they said that I needed to let them know within two weeks of their dispatch date even though my account was never updated to let me know when it had been dispatched. It just showed when it was ordered originally and I keep getting auto billed regardless of how many times I email them. It has taken six weeks to get my first box and I was billed again way before I even got that box. At this point I am thinking I need to just change my credit card # as that is apparently the only way I will stop getting billed. What a joke. I will just stick with loot crate which is much easier to deal with and a better value.
