If you’re a current subscriber, can you cancel and use this to start an annual subscription, or is it only for new subscribers?

Being a current month-to-month subscriber, and loving everything I’ve received in my BeautyDNA boxes, I took advantage of Rue La La’s offer. Within the email from Rue La La is a Confirmation number. If you log into your account, and go to your Account Profile, there is a box that says “enter code here” where you can enter your Confirmation number from Rue La La. After I entered it, my subscription instantly updated stating I have a pre-paid 12-month subscription with 12 shipments remaining. It was super easy.

I’d do it for $10 a month, but not for $19. I did a 4-month deal and it was great for me, as I got four expensive skin-care products that I’m happy to use. But they last a long time so I’m good to go with them for quite a while. The other stuff I could want (e.g. full body SPF) is cheaper, so getting it through Beauty DNA wouldn’t be much of a deal.

my products were all really good when I was getting this, but I’m on product overload so won’t be resubbing.

I purchased three 4-month subs at a discount through Gilt City or Rue La La (can’t remember which) last year. I used two of them and gifted the third. I think my box price averaged out at $11-12 each. I would not resubscribe. Out of 8 months/products most were misses, two items were big misses (received an eye serum with expiration date 3 months after I received it) and two items were hits. I would NOT have been satisfied if I had paid any more than the discounted price. The boxes were definitely not worth $25 each. More than half the items I received were brands that sell direct on the Internet or at retailers like Kohl’s–not luxe items like I was anticipating. I had different beauty profiles on each of my two subscriptions and still received a lot of junk. Buyer beware.

I think that’s the deal I had ( think mine were 12.00 each). That’s not bad but there is no way I’d subscribe to it for more than that.

You usually get one item and most of mine were misses.

I was able to make my profile extremely specific so that I could get the exact product I wanted. For example, I saw someone got the L’Occitane Almond Body Oil, so I changed my profile to only receive body oils and put that I loved almond oil, and poof, that’s what I received! That made the sub worth it to me.
