I’m very disappointed I signed up in April and was informed I would receive the may box and was charged for it but I never received the shipping email so I emailed allure and a week later never got a reply so I emailed them again and just got a reply saying that the u no longer have the may box so I will have to wait till june

I just subscribed! I’ve been thinking about it for some time now. That lipstick and nail polish were just too lovely to pass up! I keep hearing wonderful things about it! I hope this month is still available or I’m going to be super bummed 🙁 At the top of the website it said, “the May box begins to ship out on 4/29/16. All orders will begin with our May 2016 box.” So I would imagine it’s still available (:

So I was feeling very minimalist and smug giving up Birchbox and Ipsy to make room for Sephora Play. That was going to be my ONE beauty box, but damn if Allure just didn’t make it too impossible to let this one slip by. I HAD to get it.

Me too. No Ipsy or Birchbox. I got into Play, but feel like I’m going to cancel it. Allure seems to really give size items, and things I really can use. So I’m cancelling Play. I tried one month Petit Vour, but I will have to see how it works out. But I like Allure, and I swear they are the only ones who ever send out the really cute mini samples of perfumes, not just the vial. And those little mini’s are so cute.

My thoughts exactly!! I signed up last week for Allure & I just got my 1st Play box so to compensate I just cancelled Gloosybox (I will still recieve May’s since it’s after the 19th) & I cancelled my 2nd BB I won’t get rid of my 1st BB tho since I’m on that I’m a VIP & I get free shipping & love their points system! But I look at it like this I can take my extra 31.00 a month & use it for Allure & Playbox ?

For the most part yes, but there have been a few times people get some differences. Like last month some people got a lip liner and some got a lip gloss. I honestly think kthat happens if/when they run out of an item.

I really hope the Make up forever item is one of the new Charli XCX waterproof eyeliners, they have a seafoam green shade that would match that polish perfectly… coincidence???

I said I won’t look anymore spoiler, but I did, lol. Only 3 items and totaling already $70 and we have yet to receive 5 more items? Wow. It seems that Allure is on redemption from April box that they first promised 7 items totaling like $95, then dropped 1 item without replacing it (but managed to send bonus items to brand new subscribers). I hope they keep it up with the values and items that we don’t receive in other beauty boxes! I am product overload but keeping Allure and still signed up Play! by Sephora… not to mention that I am committed to a few subs yearly or with discount coupon…

Dang it. I go back and forth on this sub ALL the time. I think I want it, then I get it and I’m like meh. So I cancel thinking it’s ok but I need to save money. Then I get sucked back in again.
I love the color of the nail polish and I’m mainly resubbing for the face scrubber thing. Lipstick will be far too pale for me, but the other two will make up for it.
I need a subscription box intervention!!

Ahhh, I can.not.wait. I honestly don’t know how they do it, it sounds way to good to be true!. 70 dollar value and were only at 3/8 items!!?? This box is just hands down THE BEST, now the customer service needs a bit of work. I’ve had a few problems in that area, but in their defense after a few phone calls everything got sorted out. Well done allure, you are the leader of the pack in my books! Early May just cant not come soon enough!!! This month is gonna be a good one for me, first box with Julep (54$ value for 19.99), the amazon beauty box (looks AMAZING, just the nail polish alone makes the box, not to mention I got the promo code and it looks that only 4/13 items are foils). Birchbox (hoping for a decent one) and then THIS BOX. Oh, not to mention if I like/get the target box… ugh, I just love sub boxes so much lol

Yes they are the best! I have always had great customer service, prompt to answer, willing to fix any problems and if one item is damaged, they send an entirely new box!!! It is crazy! I love it.

I’m getting ready ( hesitating) to cancel a few of my subscriptions. I have way too many. I’ve alway said that I would never give up Boxycharm, but I think that I will have to let it go because I just can’t give up Allure! I’m loving this lip color!

I gave up Boxycharm and Ipsy for this sub. I still have Glossybox but after the last few boxes I’m even thinking of letting it go to. Allure has become my top box. I always get something I think Meh and end up loving and there is always a variety of things that I actually will use. Plus when you take into the account they sporadically drop in bonus items and the extra boxes no other sub can touch them. I still have Walmart and sometimes I get Target but hands down for the money, amount, quality and variety of items this sub is the best out there right now.
