The first membership charge is non-refundable. After the first month, the monthly membership fee will be charged on the 15th of each month until you pause or cancel. You may pause or cancel any time by calling 888-341-2381. If you do not contact our Membership Experience team by the 10th of the month to pause or cancel your account, your credit card will be charged on the 15th.
