We aren’t even getting a duo chrome. At least not all of us. Boxycharm completely went against their first spoiler and released that it would be a matter and either a shimmer or duo chrome because they’re rude and in general a crappy sub box. They’re the ones I find most guilty of including brands with ridiculous, completely unreal prices to inflate the value of their box.

I joined Boxycharm in February because January box would have been great for me. I got the February box and felt like it would have been a great box at a different price point. I can get good one use face masks for cheap so paying $21.00 and having it count as one of the “full sized” item doesn’t offer much value. Ipsy, Birchbox and Allure box have been turning out great for me.

I agree that Boxycharm has gone downhill. Glossybox is so much better. I hope I don’t get the brush. I hate getting brushes in boxes. I won’t use the illuminizer either. Its Spring- wish they would throw in a pretty blush or lipstick!!

They actually just had a blush last month and a lipstick before that!

So excited to try it all. For me that’s the fun of it all. Anything I really dislike or can’t used gets sterilized and donated to my local women’s shelter where they are eternally grateful for new and gently used Cosmetics and hygiene products. So for my all of my subscriptions are a gift to myself and others!

Looks like a fun, happy box. They are on point with the colors of the eye shadows. Perfect for Spring! I would love the bronzer to try as I’m a bronzer type of gal.? Another perfect for spring/summer! Yay
Either way I love this box. Thank you Boxycharm ?Liz

Nothing here for me, I cancelled. I had done a 3 month pre-pay, will I receive a refund?

Brandy
nope, sorry. You subscribed for three months.

Surprise sub boxes don’t do refunds on subscriptions almost to a rule. It sort of defeats the sub box model.

The brush or pencil would be okay. The body illuminizer would go straight to swap or donate pile.

I cancelled. None of these items look appealing to me.

BOXY CHARM you need to step up your game brushes are really not needed how about more matt lipsticks and less cream blushes or more perfumes, concealer sticks because Ipsy is looking really good these days for less $$$$

I would love the eyebrow pencil…light blonde eyebrows here and they need a little darkening and filling in. I do not need the illuminizer stuff or another brush (I don’t wear blush) so here’s hoping

I’m hoping for the brush, I need a new one. I have so many eyebrow pencils and I don’t use/need the illuminizer product.

I love BC but they have been a miss for me lately. I really don’t like the “one of the following items *might* be in your box”. Toooo Ipsy for me and most likely will be disappointed. I like with BC that everyone receives the same items or atleast did.

I agree. Ipsy is fun but…I had to stop looking at what everyone else gets because there is always a “perfect” bag for me…that i never get. So.. I stopped looking at what everyone else got and being dissatisfied.
Boxycharm is easy. We ALL get the same things. Good or bad.. I like it that way. Springing these random ones on us without any way to give preference is just them telling me… they didn’t HAVE enough of one item to give to everyone. They know how many people they need to send to and HAD a third for each other items. Solves their problem.
I would like the brush or brow pencil (pencil most)…and the is useless to someone with darker skin.. unless you guys think I could use it as a highlight? lol

I was thinking the same, that it’s too Ipsy when they do that one of the following items might be in your box 🙁

Is it wrong that the things I want the most are the cake pops and cupcakes?!?

I have really not been impressed with boxycharm at all the last few months…I don’t know maybe it’s just me but if you look at the previous boxes around this same time Last Year…u might see what I’m talking about. The quality of their products has went down tremendously. If they keep this up I’m not going to continue to pay $21 a month for the same things I can get from ipsy for $10.

tsk, tsk, what is BC trying to do-? They already snagged me with spoiler #1 (MG) but I’m about to lose my mind- I received the Chella pencil sometime when I first started msa (can’t remember from which sub) but I just ran out a couple of weeks ago because it was so much better than any other pencil, gel or powder I had in my stash- and splurged for an anastasia which I’m enjoying but I can’t be more thrilled at the possibility of getting the Chella back (p.s. I have very dark brown hair- eyebrows look virtually black) anything darker than this shade which I was surprised to see was “taupe” makes my brows look angry >:-P
It worked great for me and I’d love to get it my box.

I got the Chella eyebrow pencil in Ipsy and I LOVED it. I’m hoping for it again as well!

I am in the same boat with dark eyebrows….hoping for the brush.

I’m hoping to NOT get the eyebrow pencil. I have extremely dark eyebrows and most “universal” pencils make them look ashy or too warm.

Yeah, I have yet to find a universal brow makeup that is truly universal. Heck, my brows are so light, I have yet to even find one light enough for them. I don’t understand why makeup companies try to shove all of us into like 4-6 camps of brow color. We don’t do that with the hair on our heads, why our brows?

? Please! No body illuminizer for me! Would love the Chella eye brow pencil though! I’ve never tried this pencil before but I’m very interested in doing so?
